Disney On Ice – Jump In! brings Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Goofy and a large lineup of Disney characters to the Thomas & Mack Center from January 7th through January 10th, 2027. The family ice show combines skating, music, storytelling and special effects with adventures inspired by Moana 2, Zootopia, Inside Out 2, Frozen, Encanto, Toy Story and Disney Princess favorites.
The story follows Mickey and friends as they use a Magical MousePad to revisit familiar Disney moments and jump into new adventures. Stitch also gets involved, adding his own unpredictable twist to the journey.
Disney Characters and Stories on the Ice
The production brings together characters from several generations of Disney movies rather than focusing on a single story. Families can see Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Donald Duck and Goofy alongside characters from newer films and long-running favorites.
Scenes inspired by Moana 2 and Zootopia join stories from Frozen, Encanto and Toy Story, while Disney Princesses are also featured throughout the production. The mix makes the show accessible to children with different favorite characters and films.
Seven Performances Across Four Days
Disney On Ice offers seven Las Vegas performances, including evening shows during the week and multiple weekend matinees.

Add the Magical Pass Experience
Families looking for an upgraded experience can add the Magical Pass to select performances. The package includes premium reserved seating, a VIP lanyard and a character greeting before the show.
The character greeting begins approximately 45 minutes before showtime and ends 15 minutes before the performance starts. Adults and children age 2 and older participating in the experience must each have the appropriate Magical Pass show ticket, and children must be accompanied by an adult.
Tickets for Children
All guests age 2 and older need their own ticket. Families attending with younger children should also review the seating and ticket requirements for any premium or add-on experiences they plan to purchase.
Guests are welcome to dress comfortably for the family-oriented show, but costumes are not permitted for guests age 14 and older.
Special Effects During the Show
Disney On Ice productions can include theatrical effects such as fog, bubbles, glitter, confetti and strobe lighting. Families with children who are sensitive to bright lights, loud sounds or theatrical effects may want to bring hearing protection and prepare them before the performance.
Thomas & Mack Center Policies
The Thomas & Mack Center uses a clear-bag policy. Approved clear bags may measure up to 12 inches by 6 inches by 12 inches, while small clutches or purses may be no larger than 8 inches by 11 inches. Backpacks and oversized bags are not permitted.
The venue has several parking lots surrounding the arena, but parking rates are determined by the individual event. Because large events can fill the closest lots, the venue recommends arriving approximately one hour before showtime.
Tickets and Registration
Tickets start at $20, with pricing varying by performance and seat location. Premium seating and Magical Pass options are also available for select performances. All guests age 2 and older must have a ticket.
