Salt & Straw Debuts Limited-Time Chef Series Ice Cream Lineup
Salt & Straw is serving up something extra special with its new Chef Series, a limited-time lineup of flavors created in collaboration with celebrated chefs from across the country.
Available from May 29 through June 25, the series brings five imaginative scoops inspired by the flavors, techniques, and signature styles of each chef partner. Las Vegas locals and visitors can try the lineup at Salt & Straw’s Strip scoop shops, including Paris Las Vegas and Flamingo Las Vegas, both located along Las Vegas Boulevard.
Featured flavors include Cheesecake with Salted Yuzu Curd, Hong Kong Milk Tea with Toasted White Chocolate, Chocolate Caramel Smoked Budino, Starling Sweet Potato Buckwheat Crumble, and the vegan Caramelized Plantain with Spicy Pecan Toffee.
From yuzu cheesecake pieces and toasted white chocolate cookie crumbles to smoky caramel hazelnuts, sweet potato miso, and habanero pecan brittle, this lineup is made for adventurous dessert lovers looking for something beyond the ordinary scoop.
