Salt & Straw – Summer Pies Series & Tacolate Milkshake – Celebrate the flavors of summer with the return of Salt & Straw’s Summer Pies Series, available for a limited time through August 27, 2026.
Inspired by classic homemade pies, this seasonal collection transforms flaky crusts, fruit-filled desserts, and creamy custards into unique handcrafted ice cream flavors that capture the taste of summer in every scoop.
This year’s lineup introduces the new Peaches and Cream Galette, featuring fresh peach ice cream filled with pieces of rustic peach galette and ribbons of peach pie filling.
Returning favorites include Wild-Foraged Berry Slab Pie, Wildflower Honey & Lemon Chess Pie, Gruyère & Tomato Custard Tart, and the vegan-friendly Coconut Cherry Pie with Almond Crust.
Beginning August 1, guests can also enjoy the limited-edition Tacolate Milkshake, an indulgent twist on Salt & Straw’s popular Tacolate ice cream taco.
The milkshake blends Cinnamon Snickerdoodle ice cream with a Tacolate, then tops it with chocolate drizzle, whipped cream, wildberry sugar dusting, and half of a Tacolate for the perfect finishing touch.
Visitors can skip the line by downloading the Salt & Straw app and using the convenient Order Ahead feature to reserve their favorite seasonal treats before arriving.
