The UnCommon Harvest Fall Festival transforms UnCommons into a fall gathering spot every Friday and Saturday from October 2nd through October 31st, 2026. From 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM, this free seasonal event brings together a pumpkin patch, local vendors, live music, games, fall food and drinks, and seasonal photo opportunities at the new Etho Wellness Park.
The month-long festival offers several types of fall outings, whether families bring the kids for pumpkins and games, couples want an easy evening activity, or friends want to browse local vendors while listening to live music. Each weekend adds something a little different, with special pet and family events scheduled on select Saturdays.
A Pumpkin Patch and Fall Activities
The centerpiece of The UnCommon Harvest is its pumpkin patch and seasonal displays. Pumpkins are available for purchase, while elevated fall décor and custom photo installations create plenty of spots for seasonal pictures throughout Etho Park.
Visitors can also play casual outdoor games, including cornhole and pumpkin bowling. The open-air setting makes it easy to move between activities, browse the vendors or grab something to eat without following a fixed schedule.
Live Music, Local Vendors and Fall Food
Live music is scheduled every evening during The UnCommon Harvest, adding a soundtrack to the Friday and Saturday night festivities. Local businesses and makers from Market in the Alley will also set up throughout the event, giving visitors a chance to shop from small businesses while exploring the festival.
Seasonal food and drinks are part of the experience, too. UnCommons already has a variety of restaurants and casual dining options within walking distance, making it easy to combine the festival with dinner, dessert, or drinks before heading home.

Petting Zoo and Special October Events
Several Saturdays feature additional activities. The Vegas Pony Petting Zoo is scheduled to appear on select dates, including October 3rd and October 17th. Guests who purchase a pumpkin during those dates can receive unlimited access to the animals.
On October 10th, UnCommons Unleashed Pet Market joins the festival with a pet costume contest, adoption opportunities, pet portraits and other activities centered around four-legged visitors.
The following weekend brings the first Kids Monster Mash Dance Party on October 17th. The family-friendly event includes a kid-focused DJ, costumes, balloon artists and music for children and parents.
A Free Outdoor Fall Event
The UnCommon Harvest is free to attend and takes place outdoors at Etho Wellness Park within UnCommons. The park is located adjacent to Wineaux and across from parking garage PS1.
UnCommons offers three parking garages — PS1, PS2 and PS3 — as well as limited short-term street parking. The property currently offers complimentary parking for the first two hours, making the garages a convenient option for visitors spending an evening at the festival.
The event takes place outside, so guests should plan for evening temperatures and comfortable walking shoes. Because The UnCommon Harvest runs only on Fridays and Saturdays, visitors should keep in mind that the October 2nd–31st date range does not mean the festival operates every night.
Tickets and Registration
The UnCommon Harvest is free to attend and does not require a general admission ticket. Pumpkins, food, drinks and purchases from participating vendors are sold separately.
