If you’re looking for a spot that keeps the whole family busy for an afternoon, Round1 Bowling & Arcade at Meadows Mall in Las Vegas is worth a visit. I went in expecting to stay about an hour and ended up spending most of the afternoon there. Between the arcade games, bowling, and prize counter, there’s plenty to fill a full outing.
Whether you’re planning a weekend activity with the kids or searching for something different to do indoors, Round1 combines several attractions under one roof. Here’s a rundown of what you’ll find and what to know before you go.

Where to Find Round1 Bowling & Arcade in Las Vegas
Round1 has two locations in the Las Vegas Valley. We visited the one inside Meadows Mall at 4300 Meadows Lane, Las Vegas, NV 89107, on the west side of town near US-95.
It’s a large anchor space, so it’s easy to find once you’re in the mall. One handy detail: Round1 has its own exterior entrance, which makes late-night visits more convenient.
The Meadows Mall location is open daily from 10 AM to 2 AM, even though the mall itself operates on a different schedule. Plenty of surface parking surrounds the shopping center, and you can call Round1 at (702) 956-6333 to ask about lane availability.

What About the Second Round1 Location?
There’s also a second Round1 at Las Vegas South Premium Outlets, 7400 South Las Vegas Boulevard, Suite 0213. The main difference is that this location is arcade-only, with more than 200 arcade cabinets and no bowling lanes.
If bowling, billiards, or karaoke is part of your plan, visit the Meadows Mall location.
The Claw Machines Were the Highlight of Our Visit
The claw machines were the highlight of our visit, and I don’t say that lightly. I’ve been to a lot of arcades, and I’ve never seen this many crane games in one place.
They come in just about every size you can imagine. There are tiny ones built low to the ground for little kids, mid-sized machines packed with plush toys, and a few giant ones holding prizes almost as tall as a toddler. The prizes range from squishy characters and collectible figures to small toys and candy, so there’s something that will catch almost anyone’s eye.

What sets Round1 apart here is the Japanese arcade influence. Many of the plush toys and figures are the kind you’d actually want to keep, not the worn-out stuffed animals you sometimes find in machines elsewhere.
It makes the whole thing feel more rewarding when you finally land a grab. We spent a good chunk of our afternoon on the crane games, and honestly, everyone enjoyed that part most.
If claw machines are a family favorite, you might also enjoy Lucky Puppy Claw Machine Arcade in Spring Valley or The Claw Store near Sahara and Fort Apache. Both offer their own take on the plush-prize experience.

Bowling, Billiards, and More Than Just Arcade Games
Round1 also has bowling, which is a big part of what makes it more than just an arcade. It has standard lanes for a regular family game, plus VIP immersive bowling lanes with large screens for a different experience. Bumpers are available too, so younger bowlers can join in without any fuss.
We didn’t bowl on this visit, but it’s good to know it’s there when you want a change of pace. Bowling prices and lane availability can vary, so it’s worth checking before arriving.
Pool Tables, Karaoke, and Group Activities
Bowling isn’t the only extra. You can also play billiards if you want to shoot a round of pool, along with other activities like ping pong and darts listed among the location’s attractions.
They also have private karaoke rooms, which is a nice touch if your group wants to do something a little different. We didn’t get to the karaoke this time, but it’s on the list for the next visit.

The variety is really what makes the place work. If one activity starts to wear thin, there’s always something else to move on to.
For families who enjoy trying different kinds of indoor entertainment, our visit to Crystal Palace Skating Center offers another option for combining an activity with arcade-style fun.
Arcade Games and the Round1 Victory Zone
The main arcade floor is stacked with games. You’ll find rhythm and dance games, racing cabinets, VR attractions, and a wide selection of ticket redemption games.
Some machines are familiar arcade favorites, while others are more elaborate. The Godzilla VR attraction, for example, has dedicated seats and a large display that immediately catches your attention.

It’s also satisfying to walk through the arcade and spot a game you haven’t tried before. You can move from a racing simulator to air hockey, then spend the next half hour trying your luck on a ticket machine.
Trading Tickets for Prizes at the Victory Zone
The ticket games are a big part of the draw. Eligible redemption games award tickets that are added to your game card, and at the end you head to the Victory Zone, Round1’s prize redemption area, to trade them in.
The more tickets you collect, the more redemption options you have, depending on the prizes available.
There’s a practical upside to the Victory Zone, too. Instead of the usual struggle to get everyone out the door, the prize counter gives the kids a reason to wrap up on their own. They head over to cash in their tickets, walk out with something they earned, and leave after the last fun thing, not a fight.
How Much Does It Cost to Play at Round1?
Round1 uses a rechargeable game card system for its arcade games. You purchase credits, swipe your card at participating machines, and reload it when needed. Different games can require different numbers of credits.
Credit packages vary, including options with bonus credits and club-member pricing. Bowling, billiards, and karaoke have their own rates, so the final cost depends on the activities you choose.

One tip worth passing along: set a game budget before you walk in. The ticket games are easy to keep feeding, especially when everyone wants just one more try.
If you enjoy Japanese-inspired arcade gaming, Game Nest in Las Vegas Chinatown is another interesting alternative, with rhythm games, racing cabinets, claw machines, and a different approach to arcade pricing.
Food and Drinks Without Leaving Round1
All that activity builds an appetite, and Round1 has food on-site, so you don’t have to leave to eat.
The food selection includes familiar arcade favorites such as pizza, burgers, wings, and sides, along with Japanese-inspired options such as gyoza and takoyaki. The available menu may vary, so it’s worth checking what’s being served during your visit.
Having food available without breaking up the day is a real convenience, particularly when everyone wants to keep playing. There’s also a bar area, so adults can order a drink while taking a break from the games.
The dining area has booths and tables, with large overhead televisions, making it a convenient place to sit down and recharge before returning to the arcade.

Round1 Birthday Parties and Group Celebrations
If you’re thinking about a birthday party, Round1 is set up for it. They offer birthday party and group packages, and because bowling, arcade games, karaoke, and food are all under one roof, you don’t have to coordinate across multiple venues.
For a parent who doesn’t love planning, that kind of all-in-one setup takes a lot of the stress out of it.
Party options can include arcade play, bowling, shoe rentals, food, and access to group activities, depending on the package and location.

Planning Your Family Visit to Round1 at Meadows Mall
One thing to plan around is the mall’s supervision policy for younger visitors. Meadows Mall requires adult accompaniment for minors during designated hours, and the posted cutoff can change. If you’re bringing children or teenagers later in the day, check the official Meadows Mall website for the current restriction.
For a more relaxed family visit, daytime is a good option. You’ll have time to explore the machines, try different attractions, grab something to eat, and visit the prize counter without feeling rushed.
It’s also worth deciding ahead of time whether you want to focus on arcade games, bowling, or a combination of activities. With the different games and extras available, an hour can turn into an entire afternoon before you know it.
An Afternoon That Went By Faster Than Expected
Round1 at Meadows Mall is an easy recommendation for a family day out. The huge selection of claw machines, bowling, karaoke, arcade games, and food gives everyone something to do, whether you’re there with little ones or older kids.
For us, the claw machines were the clear favorite. There was always another prize to try for, another machine to explore, and another reason to stay just a little longer.
We went in planning to spend about an hour and ended up staying most of the afternoon. Bring some patience for the crane games, set a budget, and you’re in for a good time.
