2026 Authors & Artists Fair

2026 Authors & Artists Fair

Date: January 24, 2026 • 10:30 am–4:30 pm

Location: Clark County Library

January in Las Vegas has its own kind of magic: the holiday rush has finally ended, the calendar feels brand-new again, and suddenly it’s easier to imagine fresh pages – literal and metaphorical. It’s the perfect season to get out of your routine and back into what inspires you.

That’s exactly what the 2026 Authors & Artists Fair is built for: a community-powered day where local storytelling and local art share the same spotlight. Expect a mix of learning, browsing, listening, and meeting the people making the creative scene hum – plus a few surprises along the way.

Meet & Greet: Local Authors and Artists

Spend time with local authors and artists, and purchase signed books and artwork directly from the creators. This is the kind of event where you can ask the questions you actually want answered—about process, inspiration, and what it’s like to publish or create locally.

Writing and Arts Workshops

Join writing and arts workshops designed to help you sharpen your skills and explore new approaches. Whether you’re actively working on something or just curious, workshops are a great way to leave with practical ideas you can use immediately.

Publishing Panel Discussion

Sit in on a panel discussion on publishing for insight into the road from draft to finished work. If you’ve ever wondered what comes after “The End,” this is your chance to hear perspectives from people who’ve been there.

Chapter Readings from Local Authors

Listen to authors read a chapter from the books they wrote—an easy, low-pressure way to discover new voices and find your next read.

Book and Arts Marketplace

Browse the book and arts marketplace and meet the local creators behind the work—pick up signed books, discover original art, and take home something that feels Las Vegas unmistakably.

Movie + Live Music

Catch a movie and enjoy live music played by the Clark County Library Jam Band in concert – because no creative fair is complete without a little soundtrack energy.

Admission is free and open to the public. Seating is first-come, first-served and may be limited. For more information, please call 702.507.3458.
