November 6, 2026 5:00 pm → January 3, 2027 9:00 pm Las Vegas Motor Speedway Infield

Glittering Lights returns to Las Vegas Motor Speedway from November 6th, 2026 through January 3rd, 2027 with a three-mile drive-through holiday light experience featuring more than 6 million LED lights and over 600 animated and sparkling displays. The attraction opens nightly at 5:00 PM, giving families, couples and groups a way to experience the holiday displays from inside their own vehicle.

The route winds through Las Vegas Motor Speedway with glowing tunnels, animated holiday scenes, themed displays and synchronized seasonal entertainment along the drive. Most visits take around 40 minutes, although total time can vary depending on traffic and how busy the entrance is.

Drive Through More Than 6 Million Holiday Lights

The main Glittering Lights experience is a three-mile drive-through route. Visitors stay in their vehicle while passing illuminated tunnels, holiday characters, reindeer, snowmen and hundreds of larger-than-life light displays.

New seasonal additions include an Avenue of Flags, a Tribute to America celebrating the country’s 250th anniversary, an expanded Tribute to Holiday Movies and an enhanced Tunnel of Love.

Tickets Are Sold Per Vehicle

Unlike many holiday attractions, standard admission is sold per vehicle rather than per person. A regular carload ticket can be used on any operating night during the season.

The current standard rate starts at $39 per vehicle when paying cash on-site or $44 when purchasing the regular carload ticket by credit card online. There is no set passenger limit beyond the safe legal capacity of the vehicle.

Fast Pass and Season Pass Options

A Fast Pass is available on select nights for visitors who want to bypass the regular entry line. Fast Pass tickets are currently priced at $64 per vehicle and use a separate entrance lane during eligible nights.

The Season Pass is $149 and provides unlimited visits throughout the season for two assigned vehicles. It also includes Fast Pass access on eligible nights and four hot cocoa vouchers issued on the first visit.

Ride the Santa Tram Instead of Driving

Families who do not want to drive through the display can choose the Santa Tram on select nights. The open-air tram follows the same light route and includes access to the Santa Tram Village.

The tram experience includes free photos with Santa, games, a kiddie train and holiday photo opportunities before or after the ride. Standard Santa Tram tickets are $25 per person, and children age 2 and younger ride free. Tram tickets are date- and time-specific and can sell out on popular nights.

Special Event Nights Throughout the Season

Glittering Lights schedules additional activities throughout the season, including Pet Nights, Santa Tram evenings, Living Nativity dates, giveaways and special guest appearances.

Each vehicle also receives a Biscuit’s Golden Ticket during the season, with prizes ranging from gift cards and entertainment tickets to other promotional giveaways. Special events vary by date, so visitors planning around a particular activity should check the calendar before going.

Hours Vary by Night

Glittering Lights opens at 5:00 PM every night, including holidays and nights with rain. Most Sunday through Thursday dates close at 9:00 PM, while many Friday and Saturday dates remain open until 10:00 PM.

The final night on January 3rd closes at 9:00 PM. Because hours can vary around holidays and special events, checking the individual calendar date before driving to the Speedway is recommended.

What to Know Before You Go

Glittering Lights is primarily an in-vehicle outdoor experience. Restrooms are available near the entrance, but there are no restrooms once vehicles enter the light route.

Concessions such as hot cocoa and popcorn are available along the route, with purchases delivered to vehicles. RVs and tour buses are allowed if they meet the event’s height restrictions, although larger commercial vehicles may have separate pricing.

Organizers recommend approaching Las Vegas Motor Speedway from I-15 Exit 54 at Speedway Boulevard rather than relying entirely on GPS, which can sometimes route drivers toward an entrance that is not being used for the event.
