Run through history and breathtaking desert scenery at the Lake Mead Marathon & Half Marathon, an unforgettable race experience set entirely within Lake Mead National Recreation Area.
The course begins at Boulder Beach and takes runners onto the smooth, paved River Mountain Loop Trail, offering a variety of distances for all fitness levels—including a Full Marathon, Half Marathon, 10K, and 5K.
As you make your way along the trail, you’ll be treated to sweeping views of Lake Mead, the largest man-made lake in U.S. history, framed by rugged desert mountains and wide-open skies.
