Race for Hope 2026 at Lee’s Family Forum

Date: April 18, 2026 • 8:00 am–12:00 pm

Location: Lee’s Family Forum

Join the Las Vegas community for a meaningful and uplifting day at the 17th Annual Race for Hope, hosted by Grant a Gift Autism Foundation – Ackerman Center.

Held during Autism Acceptance & Awareness Month, this inspiring event brings together families, friends, and supporters from across the valley to raise awareness and support for children and young adults living with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences.

Whether you choose to run, walk, roll, or simply cheer from the sidelines, every step taken helps fund vital programs at the Ackerman Center.

These programs include family-centered clinical care, therapy services, social programs, and essential resources that directly benefit local families in Southern Nevada.

This year’s event is more accessible than ever, with affordable registration options to encourage broader community participation. Attendees can register individually, join a team, or create their own to make an even bigger impact.

Beyond the race, Race for Hope is a full community celebration featuring a wide variety of family-friendly activities.

Guests can enjoy special appearances from the LV Cause Players, meet members of the Henderson Police Department, and see appearances from popular sports mascots. The event will also include a live DJ, face painting, balloon artists, cheerleaders, raffle prizes, giveaways, and plenty of photo opportunities.

A large resource fair with over 45 vendors will provide valuable information and support services for families, while free water and entertainment help keep the energy high throughout the event.

Participants can also compete for special recognitions, including Top Individual Fundraiser, Top Team Fundraiser, and Largest Team Registered.

Every dollar raised supports programs that help fill critical gaps when insurance does not fully cover the cost of care—ensuring that families in Southern Nevada have access to the services they need.

With autism affecting approximately 1 in 31 children, this event plays a vital role in building awareness, inclusion, and support across the community.
