Get ready to run wild, get messy, and celebrate in color at the 2025 Sprinkle Dash Kids Color Run! Taking over O’Callaghan Park on Saturday, September 27 from 9 AM to 1 PM, this bright and bubbly event invites kids to dash through a fun-filled course featuring four color stations, music, dancing, bounce houses, and more. It’s the ultimate way to spend a sunny fall morning outdoors—covered in color and good vibes.
Color, Cupcakes & Celebration
The Sprinkle Dash is all about movement, laughter, and getting splashed in every hue of the rainbow. Children ages 2 to 12 will race through a playful course tailored to their age group. As they dash through each of the four color stations, they’ll be doused in safe, washable powder, making every lap an explosion of fun. And after crossing the finish line? A victory cupcake and an epic dance party await!
Race Waves and Distances
To keep the run safe and organized, participants will run in age-specific waves:
- Wave 1: Ages 2–5 (Parent and Me), 9:00–9:15 AM
- Wave 2: Ages 2–5 (Parent and Me), 9:15–9:30 AM
- Wave 3: Ages 6–8, 9:30–9:45 AM
- Wave 4: Ages 9–12, 10:00–10:30 AM
- Wave 5: Ages 2–5 (Parent and Me), 10:45–11:00 AM
- Wave 6: Ages 6–8, 11:15–11:30 AM
- Wave 7: Ages 9–12, 11:45 AM–12:15 PM
Distances vary by age group:
- Ages 2–5: 1 lap (.25 miles) – 1 parent may run alongside
- Ages 6–8: 2 laps (.50 miles)
- Ages 9–12: 4 laps (1 mile)
What to Wear and Bring
