In the heart of Henderson’s Inspirada community, the Inspirada Farmers Market at Solista Park brings together fresh produce, prepared foods, baked goods, handcrafted products, and local makers for a relaxed Saturday market experience.

Organized by Fresh52 Farmers & Artisan Market, the market currently takes place on the first and third Saturday of each month. Because Fresh52’s vendor lineup can rotate, specific products and businesses may not appear at every Inspirada market, so it is best to treat each Saturday as its own lineup rather than expecting exactly the same booths every time.

One of the vendors we met during our visit was Lando’s Kitchen, a small bakery run by two brothers creating flavored breads and other sweet treats. Their table featured loaves such as banana nut, cinnamon coffee, and carrot cake.

The brothers also had cookies and other dessert-style creations available when we stopped by. The cinnamon coffee loaf quickly became one of our favorite finds of the morning, with a soft texture and enough cinnamon and coffee flavor to make it hard to save for later.

“The cinnamon coffee loaf is absolutely incredible. It’s soft and moist with the perfect balance of spice. The cinnamon hits just the right note, and the coffee flavor gives it a depth that makes each bite even better than the last. Honestly, it didn’t even last the car ride home.”

Embellish Fudge & Gifts: A Memorable Sweet Stop

Another booth we encountered during our visit was Embellish Fudge & Gifts. Their display leaned heavily into indulgence, with fudge, toffee corn, chocolates, and other sweets that made this one of the easiest tables to stop at even if dessert was not originally on the shopping list.

If wandering a farmers market immediately puts you in the mood for something cold and sweet, our visit to Michoacana Mía offers a completely different local dessert experience with Mexican ice cream, paletas, fruit treats, and antojitos.

During our visit, flavors included maple bar, southern pecan butter, praline, and strawberries and cream. The southern pecan butter fudge was especially rich, while the toffee corn made an easy snack to take home.

“That southern pecan butter fudge is unreal. It’s so creamy and rich, it just melts in your mouth. And the toffee corn is dangerous — I could eat a whole bag without realizing it.”

The Best Hummus Ever: Savory Flavors for the Walk

The Best Hummus Ever remains part of Fresh52’s current vendor directory, and it was one of our favorite savory stops during the visit. We found several hummus varieties, including roasted, spicy, garlic, and classic flavors.

Sauce vendors are one of those farmers-market finds that can turn into an easy take-home souvenir because you keep using them long after the Saturday visit is over.

Luchkoff Patisserie: Breads, Pastries and Savory Bites

Luchkoff Patisserie is another business currently included in Fresh52’s vendor directory. During our Inspirada visit, the selection included breads, pastries, and pizza rolls, with the aroma of fresh dough making the table difficult to walk past.

“The pizza rolls were next level. They were buttery and flaky, with a crisp exterior and a savory, cheesy filling. It was hard to stop at just one.”

J. Coleman’s BBQ: A Smoky Stop From Our Visit

During our visit, J. Coleman’s BBQ brought the smell of smoked meat across the market. The mobile barbecue setup featured familiar favorites such as brisket, pulled pork, and pulled chicken.

I did not get a chance to order from the booth that morning, but the wood-smoke aroma was enough to get my attention. Because J. Coleman’s BBQ does not appear on Fresh52’s current published vendor directory, consider this part of our visit experience rather than a guarantee that the barbecue truck will be there on your next market day.

A Community Gathering at Solista Park

The Inspirada Farmers Market is currently held on the first and third Saturday of each month at Solista Park. Fresh52 lists its 2026 summer schedule as 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., although seasonal hours can change.
