In the heart of Henderson’s Inspirada community, the Inspirada Farmers Market at Solista Park brings together fresh produce, prepared foods, baked goods, handcrafted products, and local makers for a relaxed Saturday market experience.

Organized by Fresh52 Farmers & Artisan Market, the market currently takes place on the first and third Saturday of each month. Vendor lineups can change from one market to the next, which is part of the fun: one visit might lean toward produce and pantry staples, while another introduces you to a new baker, sauce maker, artist, or food vendor.

Fresh Produce, Artisan Foods and Local Makers

Fresh52 operates several open-air markets around Southern Nevada, including the Bruce Trent Park Farmers Market. At Inspirada, local and regional vendors fill Solista Park with seasonal fruits and vegetables, baked goods, handcrafted products, prepared foods, and other small-business finds.

During our visit, the produce tables were one of the first things that caught our attention. Potatoes, garlic, radishes, berries, and other colorful produce gave the market the kind of farm-stand feel that makes you slow down instead of rushing through a grocery list.

Some of the vendors we encountered also offered meat and other specialty foods. Because Fresh52’s vendor lineup can rotate, specific products and businesses may not appear at every Inspirada market, so it is best to treat each Saturday as its own lineup rather than expecting exactly the same booths every time.

“The quality of the market finds really stood out. Being able to talk with the people behind the products made the experience feel completely different from a normal grocery run.”

A Market Full of Local Flavor

Food is only one part of the Inspirada Farmers Market. During our visit, tables of artwork, jewelry, handmade goods, sauces, sweets, breads, and ready-to-eat bites turned the walk through Solista Park into more of a neighborhood discovery experience than a simple produce stop.

That mix is what makes Fresh52 markets easy to revisit. You can arrive planning to grab vegetables and leave carrying fresh bread, a jar of sauce, a handmade gift, or dessert for later.

Lando’s Kitchen: A Sweet Find From Our Visit

One of the vendors we met during our visit was Lando’s Kitchen, a small bakery run by two brothers creating flavored breads and other sweet treats. Their table featured loaves such as banana nut, cinnamon coffee, and carrot cake.

Sweet treats and mouth-watering breads from Lando’s Kitchen, where every bite of banana nut or cinnamon coffee loaf leaves you craving more.

The brothers also had cookies and other dessert-style creations available when we stopped by. The cinnamon coffee loaf quickly became one of our favorite finds of the morning, with a soft texture and enough cinnamon and coffee flavor to make it hard to save for later.

“The cinnamon coffee loaf is absolutely incredible. It’s soft and moist with the perfect balance of spice. The cinnamon hits just the right note, and the coffee flavor gives it a depth that makes each bite even better than the last. Honestly, it didn’t even last the car ride home.”

Embellish Fudge & Gifts: A Memorable Sweet Stop

Another booth we encountered during our visit was Embellish Fudge & Gifts. Their display leaned heavily into indulgence, with fudge, toffee corn, chocolates, and other sweets that made this one of the easiest tables to stop at even if dessert was not originally on the shopping list.

If wandering a farmers market immediately puts you in the mood for something cold and sweet, our visit to Michoacana Mía offers a completely different local dessert experience with Mexican ice cream, paletas, fruit treats, and antojitos.

During our visit, flavors included maple bar, southern pecan butter, praline, and strawberries and cream. The southern pecan butter fudge was especially rich, while the toffee corn made an easy snack to take home.

“That southern pecan butter fudge is unreal. It’s so creamy and rich, it just melts in your mouth. And the toffee corn is dangerous — I could eat a whole bag without realizing it.”

The Best Hummus Ever: Savory Flavors for the Walk

The Best Hummus Ever remains part of Fresh52’s current vendor directory, and it was one of our favorite savory stops during the visit. We found several hummus varieties, including roasted, spicy, garlic, and classic flavors.

The hummus-and-chips combination is easy to snack on while moving through the market. Readers interested in exploring more specialty grocery finds around Las Vegas can also check out the Kosher Market in Summerlin.

“That roasted hummus was hands down my favorite. It had this deep, smoky flavor that made it different from anything I’d had before. We grabbed a container, and I already regretted not getting more.”

Bella Gourmet Sauces: Big Flavor in a Bottle

Bella Gourmet Sauces is also listed among Fresh52’s current vendors. When we visited Inspirada, the Creamy Avocado Lemon Sauce and Cilantro Garlic Sauce were two flavors that caught our attention.

The avocado-lemon combination brought a smooth, tangy flavor that worked well with tacos or grilled foods, while the cilantro-garlic sauce leaned brighter and more savory. Sauce vendors are one of those farmers-market finds that can turn into an easy take-home souvenir because you keep using them long after the Saturday visit is over.

Luchkoff Patisserie: Breads, Pastries and Savory Bites

Luchkoff Patisserie is another business currently included in Fresh52’s vendor directory. During our Inspirada visit, the selection included breads, pastries, and pizza rolls, with the aroma of fresh dough making the table difficult to walk past.

“The pizza rolls were next level. They were buttery and flaky, with a crisp exterior and a savory, cheesy filling. It was hard to stop at just one.”

J. Coleman’s BBQ: A Smoky Stop From Our Visit

During our visit, J. Coleman’s BBQ brought the smell of smoked meat across the market. The mobile barbecue setup featured familiar favorites such as brisket, pulled pork, and pulled chicken.

I did not get a chance to order from the booth that morning, but the wood-smoke aroma was enough to get my attention. Because J. Coleman’s BBQ does not appear on Fresh52’s current published vendor directory, consider this part of our visit experience rather than a guarantee that the barbecue truck will be there on your next market day.

A Community Gathering at Solista Park

The Inspirada Farmers Market is currently held on the first and third Saturday of each month at Solista Park. Fresh52 lists its 2026 summer schedule as 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., although seasonal hours can change.

The setting makes the market feel less like a shopping errand and more like a neighborhood outing. Families, couples, groups of friends, and solo shoppers can wander the booths, pick up something to eat, and spend some time outdoors before continuing the day around Henderson.

If one farmers market only makes you want to explore another, the Lake Las Vegas Farmers Market offers another Henderson-area market experience, this time beside the waterfront village.

For a different kind of fresh-food outing, Gilcrease Orchard turns seasonal produce into a hands-on experience where visitors can pick crops directly from the orchard.

More to Explore Around Inspirada

Just beyond the market area is Romano Mercato Italiano, a family-run Italian restaurant and market on Via Firenze. Chef Tony’s family traces its American story back to 1986, but that date refers to the family’s arrival in the United States and the beginning of his career — not to Romano Mercato operating at Inspirada continuously since 1986.

“Romano Mercato feels like a family-run spot in the best way. Cozy, welcoming, and the food tastes homemade. It makes an easy stop before or after spending the morning around Inspirada.”

Why the Inspirada Farmers Market Is Worth a Saturday Stop

The Inspirada Farmers Market is more than a place to pick up groceries. What makes it memorable is the mix: produce beside baked goods, prepared foods beside handmade crafts, and familiar vendors beside businesses you may be discovering for the first time.

A Market Full of Local Flavor
Fresh52’s tent at the market is stocked with vibrant, high-quality produce, offering everything from organic fruits and veggies to pasture-raised meats.

Vendor participation changes, so no two visits have to feel exactly alike. That unpredictability is part of what makes a local farmers market interesting: you can show up for vegetables and discover a new sauce, pastry, piece of art, or small business along the way.

For more market browsing around the valley, the UnCommons Farmers Market offers another mix of local food and artisan vendors in southwest Las Vegas.

Whether you are stocking the kitchen, grabbing breakfast, searching for a handmade gift, or simply looking for a relaxed Saturday morning outdoors, Inspirada’s Fresh52 market is an easy way to spend a few hours supporting local and regional makers.
