Lemon Tree Cafe does something rare—it blends the feel of a European market with the flavor-forward energy of a modern cafe. With every detail dialed in, it’s equal parts neighborhood staple and creative culinary concept.
What Happens When a Cafe Thinks Bigger
Lemon Tree Cafe & Market isn’t your usual brunch spot, coffee joint, or grocery run. Actually, it’s a little bit of everything, in the best way possible.
Created by Patrick Littlejohn & Emily Palmer, it’s part all-day cafe, part gourmet market. Each side has its own entrance, but they’re seamlessly connected indoors through an open floor plan that feels seamless and deliberate.

Located in the growing Evora development in Southwest Las Vegas, Lemon Tree Cafe & Market doesn’t imitate anyone else. Instead, it brings together a slice of European market charm with modern West Coast cafe energy. You get the sense that nothing was an afterthought.
Inside, everything is bright, airy, and grounded in texture: soft white walls, deep green accents, tall windows letting in light, and just enough wood and lemon-yellow touches to give the space a gentle warmth.

There are cozy corners for one, shared tables for groups, and an open bar where you can watch your pizza finish in the penny-tiled oven.
Two Spaces, One Idea
On one side, the market shelves offer an impressively curated mix of everyday basics and gourmet indulgences. You’ll find imported pasta, caviar, foie gras, charcuterie, craft sodas, and a full wine wall.
But there’s also a small fresh produce section, a personal-service butcher counter, and everyday pantry staples like eggs, bread, and sauces.

On the other side, Lemon Tree Cafe leans into comfort and care. Napoli-style pizzas made to order, buttery French-style crepes, Lavazza espresso drinks, freshly squeezed juices, and sweet pastries lined up in the glass display.
The full menu spans breakfast to dinner, offering thoughtful vegetarian and vegan options in every category.

What really brings it together is the flow. Right between the two is the open pizza counter and a tall-stool bar area with a mounted TV, a space that invites lingering while your pizza crisps up in the fire or catching a game while sipping coffee.
Market with a Mission
Lemon Tree Market isn’t sprawling, but it’s packed with purpose. There’s a rhythm to it: carefully stacked cans, chilled bottles, and a wine selection that’s more adventurous than expected.

One aisle holds fine oils and imported condiments, while another offers local greens, a case of cheeses, and butcher cuts that feel more like dinner inspiration than just groceries.
What sets this market apart is its thoughtful curation. You won’t find aisles cluttered with endless brands; instead, every item feels selected for quality and character. Whether it’s a rare imported pasta, a small-batch sauce, or handcrafted charcuterie, the shelves invite discovery.
“We came for a coffee and left with a bottle of wine and three kinds of cheese. Not mad about it.”
This market strikes a perfect balance between everyday essentials and indulgent finds, making it both a neighborhood staple and a destination for food lovers.
Where Quality Shows Up on Every Plate
Everything at Lemon Tree Cafe & Market, from the pizzas to the parfaits, feels crafted, not just made. It’s a reflection of their guiding idea: to focus on the finest ingredients and let the dishes speak for themselves.

We tried the Margherita Pizza, a hot vanilla latte, and a yogurt parfait, three items that captured the heart of their menu.
The pizza came fresh from the oven, with blistered, hand-stretched dough and vibrant tomato sauce. The mozzarella melted perfectly across the surface, and the basil was more than garnish; it brought the whole dish together.
“Lemon Tree Cafe & Market doesn’t serve fast food. It serves carefully made food, fast. The crust had a golden crunch, but it was still soft inside. Nothing about it tasted rushed.”
The vanilla latte arrived smooth and aromatic, with no sugary aftertaste but rather just a rich espresso flavor balanced with real vanilla and steamed milk.
Then came the parfait, a thick Greek yogurt layered with ripe strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, a generous drizzle of honey, and oats for texture. A mint leaf on top made it feel like a final touch on a plate painted with care.

“We weren’t planning on dessert, but this was the perfect finish after the pizza.”
Menu Highlights
Lemon Tree’s menu covers a lot, but here are a few essentials worth trying:
- Margherita Pizza – Napoli-style with tomato, mozzarella, and fresh basil
- Yogurt Parfait – Greek yogurt, fresh berries, oats, honey, and mint
- Hot Vanilla Latte – Classic, smooth, and perfectly balanced
- Chicken Pesto Panini – With spinach, mushrooms, and pesto mayo on the side
- Warm Berry Crepe – Delicate and rich, filled with mixed berries and whipped cream
- Lemon Tree Avocado Toast – Red pepper, basil, and tomato on multigrain bread
And if you’re craving a lighter sip, their fresh juices like the Green Machine (spinach, kale, celery, apple, cucumber) or the Nevada Sunrise (orange, lemon, lime, grapefruit) are a fresh pick-me-up.

Inside, Outside, Always Comfortable
There’s something about Lemon Tree’s layout that encourages you to linger. It’s open, but not too open. Modern, but soft enough to feel like a space you can settle into.

Inside, there’s a mix of solo tables, cafe-style seating, and bar stools at the pizza oven. Outside, you’ll find four shaded picnic tables perfect for early brunches or sunset snacks. Whether you’re meeting someone or knocking out work with a charger and a croissant, it’s easy to stay a while.
“It’s a rare find, it’s somewhere I can bring my laptop or my friends and feel comfortable doing either.”
Built with Purpose, Run with Heart
Lemon Tree Cafe & Market doesn’t shout to get your attention. It just does everything right. From the ingredients to the design, every part of the experience feels like it was considered, and not just to look good, but to work well.

It’s a cafe and a market, yes, but it’s also a meeting spot, a grocery run, a breakfast haunt, a date-night shortcut, and a casual workspace. It doesn’t box itself in, and that’s exactly why it works.
This isn’t a trend-chaser or a place trying to do everything. It just does what it does, quietly, consistently, and with heart.
