If deciding between grilled meat and fresh sushi ever felt like a dilemma, this place solves your problem. Biwon Premium Korean BBQ and Sushi makes it possible to enjoy bold Korean barbecue flavors and hand-crafted sushi all in one meal.
From smoky Wagyu beef to crispy tempura and vibrant rolls, Biwon creates a full-circle dining experience that’s both fun and flavorful.
A Fusion Feast That Doesn’t Force You to Pick Sides
Biwon is one of the few all-you-can-eat (AYCE) restaurants in Las Vegas that blends Korean BBQ with sushi, something most others don’t do. You won’t need to choose between flame-grilled meats or fresh-cut fish—you can simply enjoy both.
Diners can opt for just Korean BBQ, just sushi, or a combination of the two. The menu is layered into different tiers, each unlocking more options.
The top level offers both Korean BBQ and sushi, plus access to the premium sushi rolls and Wagyu beef selections. That’s what we ordered during my brother’s birthday dinner, and the variety made the meal feel like a culinary adventure.
To skip long wait times, I recommend joining their online waitlist ahead of time, especially during evenings and weekends. Once seated, the first order of business is firing up the grill and diving into the BBQ side of the menu.
Flames, Flavor, and a Whole Lot of Wagyu
For those unfamiliar with Korean BBQ, it’s essentially a DIY grilling experience at the table. Diners select and grill their own meats, allowing for customization of cooking times and flavors. This interactive style fosters a communal atmosphere, making meals more engaging and social compared to traditional restaurant dining.
We ordered the Wagyu chuck eye steak, which is deeply marbled and grills beautifully, offering rich flavor with every bite. Wagyu marinated chuck eye adds a glaze that chars into a smoky-sweet crust.
The Wagyu chuck eye steak is one of my favorites at Biwon since it grills fast and packs a lot of flavor for a bite-sized dish.
The Wagyu brisket slices thin, sears fast, and delivers juicy tenderness that pairs well with dipping sauces and banchan.
No matter what Korean BBQ restaurant I’m at, the brisket is always ordered because it cooks within a few minutes and is a great starter to the meal!
If you want a little spice, the spicy shrimp cooks in minutes and delivers heat without being overpowering. Then there’s the Mexican-style marinated beef, which has a unique citrusy kick that works well alongside the more traditional cuts.
The top-tier meats are served one per person, so guests can savor them slowly and reorder as many times as they want, which is always recommended!
From Nigiri to Crunchy Rolls, It’s All Here
When you want to take a brief break from the meat, order the sushi. It arrives quickly and in many styles, giving you plenty to explore between bites of grilled meats.
If you like to keep things classic, there’s salmon nigiri, tuna, and yellowtail—each served with just the right amount of wasabi and rice. More modern options like the dragon roll and tiger roll layer sauces, tempura, and multiple proteins in a way that feels indulgent but not too heavy.
The Dragon Roll is my favorite sushi of all time! Eel based sushi isn’t for everyone but if you’re open minded, give this a try!
The crunchy California roll is a go-to favorite with its crispy outside and creamy center. Every piece comes out well-prepared and consistent, making it easy to share and reorder. Sushi adds variety and pacing to the meal, keeping things fresh as you take a break from the grill.
And just when you think you’ve had it all, the appetizers give you even more to dig into.
Underrated Dishes That Steal the Table
While the main stars are the meats and sushi, the appetizers at Biwon deserve their own spotlight.
The bulgogi fries arrive on a giant platter, covered in cheese, scallions, and tender slices of marinated beef—perfect for sharing with a hungry table. This massive mini skillet is packed with marinated bulgogi meat, French fries, special sauce, and everything you could ever want in loaded fries.
Korean Fried Chicken (KFC) is crispy, sauced, and full of flavor without ever being too greasy or dry. The shrimp tempura is delicately battered and light, offering a great contrast to the heavier items on the menu.
And the egg rolls are a simple favorite—golden brown with a soft, savory filling that makes them easy to keep ordering. These small plates break up the meal and add depth to the overall experience, making sure every craving is covered. Just as the flavors vary, so does the energy and decor of the restaurant itself.
Street Market Vibes in a Modern Dining Room
The design of Biwon feels like a mix between a Korean street food market and a modern Japanese izakaya. Every table includes a built-in grill, which keeps the dining space lively and full of motion. Wooden panels and bamboo-style dividers give the room a traditional touch, while hanging banners and neon signs keep the energy young and colorful.
Look around and you’ll spot a glowing Asahi beer sign, stylized Japanese script, and a red Hanbok dress displayed in the center of the space. These visual elements don’t feel staged—they feel like part of a restaurant that celebrates its roots.
It’s casual but thoughtful, bright but warm, and filled with little moments that make you want to look around between bites. Once you’ve taken it all in, it’s time to start planning your own visit.
Start with the Waitlist, Come Hungry, Leave Happy
When it comes to variety, Biwon offers more than most AYCE spots in the city without overwhelming you. Whether you’re there for grilled Wagyu, crispy appetizers, or fresh sushi rolls, there’s always something new to try.
The best way to make it smooth is to join their waitlist online and show up ready to eat. Biwon Premium Korean BBQ and Sushi isn’t about flash or hype—it’s about solid flavors, generous portions, and a space that keeps things fun.
For those who like options, it’s a great way to mix tradition with modern favorites—all in one place.
