This past Saturday, around noon, our craving for Thai food led us on a little adventure. As the self-proclaimed Thai food explorers of the valley, we were hunting for a new spot we hadn’t tried yet.
To our surprise, our favorite Thai chef had quietly opened another restaurant — this time in Centennial Hills — and somehow forgot to tell us. 😄
A couple of weeks ago, during one of our day trips to Mt. Charleston, we stopped by Coffee Religion.
While enjoying my morning coffee with Yahor, I noticed a familiar sign nearby — Nittaya’s Little Kitchen. That’s when the excitement started brewing.
Another chapter for a beloved local chef
As a local culinary force — and rightfully so — Chef Nittaya continues to make her mark on Las Vegas dining.
This is now her fourth restaurant in the valley, and if you’ve ever tasted her food, you already know what’s coming next: a mix of heart, heat, and harmony on every plate.
Nittaya’s Little Kitchen feels more intimate than her other locations.
With cozy indoor seating, a cute patio, and bar space, it offers a boutique-like dining experience that still carries the same welcoming warmth you’d expect from her flagship, Nittaya’s Secret Kitchen.
Design and atmosphere
The décor ties into her familiar world of flavor and design.
Tables and seating mirror the style of Secret Kitchen, and the napkins are branded “Block 9,” a subtle nod to her restaurant family.
The space blends modern touches with homey comfort, creating an atmosphere that’s easy to love whether you’re here for a quick bite or a full night out.
A menu that feels familiar — and fresh
Chef Nittaya brought her signature charm and full menu to the Centennial location, featuring both her popular tapas-style small plates and unique Thai dishes that stand apart from the typical lineup found elsewhere in the valley.
The Little Kitchen’s menu is proof that great things really do come in smaller packages.

Appetizers that hit every note
Curry Puffs
Filled with potato, curry, and spice, these golden bites are perfectly crisp and satisfyingly rich. They’re a must-order, every time.
Fried Avocado
Lightly battered and fried to perfection, this dish is paired with a bright cilantro dipping sauce that balances every creamy bite.
Fried Garlic Pork Belly
Marinated, lightly breaded, and served with a spicy sauce — this one brings the heat in the best possible way.
Each appetizer could easily steal the spotlight, but as loyal fans, we already expected them to impress. The flavors are familiar yet exciting, and the execution remains flawless.
Main courses with heart
Home Style Chicken Pad Thai
Bean sprouts, egg, chives, crushed peanuts, and rice noodles — a comforting classic done right. The balance of sweetness, tang, and spice makes it one of the best in town.
Pad-Woon Sen Chicken
Glass noodles tossed with cabbage, carrots, and onions. It’s a lighter, aromatic dish that doesn’t skimp on flavor.
We weren’t that hungry when we arrived, but by the end, there were no leftovers in sight — which says everything you need to know.
A place for every kind of moment
Next to us sat a group of teenage girls celebrating a birthday.
Across the room, a couple appeared to be on their first date.
Somehow, every visit to Nittaya’s restaurants feels like that — a place where people come together to enjoy good food and make small, happy memories.

Chef Nittaya has built more than restaurants — she’s built experiences.
Watching her grow from a hidden gem on Lake Mead and Rampart to four (and possibly more) thriving locations reminds me that the American dream is alive and well here in Las Vegas.
Closing bite
If you’re looking for authentic, inventive Thai cuisine in Centennial Hills, Nittaya’s Little Kitchen deserves to be your next stop.
With its blend of familiar favorites and new creations, it’s a restaurant that continues to surprise us — and one we’ll keep coming back to, again and again.
