Argentinian cuisine tells a story through grilled meats, comforting dishes, and traditions built for sharing. At Rincón de Buenos Aires in Las Vegas, those traditions come together in a casual restaurant filled with soccer memorabilia, generous portions, and the unmistakable aromas of the grill.
Located on Spring Mountain Road in Spring Valley, Rincón is part restaurant and part specialty market, with a menu that moves from empanadas and milanesas to steaks, pasta, pizza, parrilladas, and classic dulce de leche desserts.
Argentinian Grilling Takes Center Stage
At the core of the menu are traditional Argentinian cuts served without burying the beef under heavy sauces. The focus is on the meat, the requested temperature, and familiar accompaniments that let the flavors of the grill take center stage.

Skirt steak, flap meat, filet mignon, short ribs, sausage, and other cuts appear throughout the menu. If you enjoy exploring Las Vegas restaurants away from the Strip, Rincón offers a noticeably different steakhouse experience from the typical American format.
Inside the Restaurant: Wood, Walls, and World Cups
Rincón operates another location on Eastern Avenue, but the Spring Mountain restaurant is where we decided to dine. It works equally well for a casual lunch or a hearty dinner, especially when you want a meal that is meant to be enjoyed rather than rushed.
The dining room combines wooden panels and rustic furniture with imagery tied to Argentina. Portraits of Buenos Aires and framed photos of soccer legends Diego Maradona and Lionel Messi add another layer of personality to the room.
The atmosphere feels casual and familiar, giving the restaurant the kind of neighborhood personality that works naturally with the food arriving from the kitchen.
Empanadas to Start the Meal
The menu includes both baked and fried empanadas. We went with the baked beef and spinach versions, each wrapped in a golden crust with a soft, savory filling.
For anyone particularly interested in Argentinian empanadas, you can also compare the experience with our visit to Empanada Factory in Las Vegas, another local restaurant built around this South American favorite.

Another classic option is chorizo, the Argentinian sausage served across the menu. Its savory flavor and grilled exterior make it an easy addition when you want to sample more than one part of the menu.

The Parrillada Martin Fierro
The parrilladas are among the restaurant’s signature experiences, arriving as shareable combinations of grilled meats designed for two people.
On our visit, our Parrillada Martin Fierro arrived with skirt steak, filet mignon, flap meat, New York strip, and short ribs. The current menu lists skirt steak, filet mignon, flap meat, and short ribs as the standard Martin Fierro combination, with additional meats available as add-ons.
We chose fries and Spanish rice for our sides, turning the parrillada into exactly the kind of slow, shareable meal we had hoped for.

The menu extends far beyond parrilladas. Milanesa, chicken dishes, sandwiches, pasta, fish, pizza, and individual grilled cuts give groups plenty of flexibility if not everyone wants the same thing.
For a completely different take on a steak-focused dinner, our visit to Butcher & Thief shows how broad the Las Vegas steakhouse scene can be.
Classic Argentinian Desserts
The flan is silky and finished with caramel, making it an easy choice after a meat-heavy meal. Diners can also order it with dulce de leche for even more sweetness.
Another signature option is Panqueques con Dulce de Leche. These thin, crepe-like pancakes are filled with dulce de leche for a dessert that feels distinctly South American.

There’s also Mil Hojas, a layered puff pastry filled with dulce de leche. Crisp pastry and rich caramel-like sweetness make it another distinctly Argentinian way to finish the meal.
An Argentinian Market Inside the Restaurant
Part of what separates Rincón from a traditional steakhouse is the small market and deli incorporated into the restaurant. The counter holds meats and cheeses, while shelves around it carry packaged foods, drinks, sauces, sweets, and other products connected to Argentina.
It makes the restaurant equally interesting for someone sitting down to dinner and someone who enjoys exploring Las Vegas specialty markets and international groceries.
Being able to browse the market after dinner extends the experience beyond the table. You might arrive for steak and empanadas and leave with chimichurri, sweets, wine, or another taste of Argentina to bring home.
Why Rincón de Buenos Aires Stands Out
Rincón de Buenos Aires combines several experiences that do not often appear under one roof: an Argentinian steakhouse, neighborhood restaurant, deli, and specialty market.
The parrilladas give groups a centerpiece to share, the empanadas work just as easily as a starter or quick bite, and the broader menu makes the restaurant approachable even when not everyone at the table wants steak.

For locals exploring the international food scene around Spring Valley, Rincón provides a direct introduction to Argentinian steaks, empanadas, milanesas, desserts, and market staples without leaving the neighborhood.
