Triple B Restaurant sits inside Rainbow Club Casino in the heart of Henderson’s Water Street District, serving the kind of casual American comfort food that fits right into this part of town. Burgers are a major part of the identity here, but breakfast, steaks, seafood, sandwiches, wings, and rotating specials give the menu more range than the name might suggest.

Rainbow Club describes Triple B’s double-patty burgers as 10 ounces of USDA Choice Angus beef, hand-pressed, never frozen, and made to order on a butter-toasted brioche bun. For us, though, the experience went beyond the burger menu. We came hungry and ended up trying wings, a loaded BBQ burger, and a steak dinner that showed just how much food can come out of this compact casino restaurant.

Inside Triple B at Rainbow Club Casino

Walking into Triple B feels different from entering one of the newer polished restaurants around the valley. It has more of an old-school casino diner personality, with servers moving through the room, regulars settling in, and the Water Street crowd coming and going around them.

What stood out most during my visit was the hospitality. The servers were not simply dropping off plates and moving to the next table. There was conversation, laughter, and an easy friendliness that made the restaurant feel connected to the casino and the neighborhood around it.

That local Water Street character has become even more noticeable as we have spent more time in the area. Just a short walk away, we have visited Biscuits & Bourbon for smoked comfort food and Mojave Brewing Company for local beer and cider.

Buffalo Wings to Start

To kick off the meal, I ordered the buffalo chicken wings. They arrived hot, with a crisp exterior, juicy meat, and plenty of sauce without losing their texture.

The wings came with ranch, carrots, and celery, making them an easy shareable starter before the larger plates arrived. They were one of those simple dishes that did not need much explanation: hot, saucy, crispy, and satisfying.

Water Street has several places competing for the wing-and-burger crowd. We have also covered the Buffalo-style wings and New York pizza at Johnny Mac’s Water Street Tavern, giving locals another nearby option if that is what they are craving.

The Big Tex BBQ Bacon Burger

For my burger, I went with the Big Tex BBQ Bacon Burger that was on the menu during our visit. It arrived stacked with bacon, onion rings, cheddar, and BBQ sauce over a substantial burger.

The combination leaned heavily into classic American comfort food: smoky bacon, crispy onion rings, melted cheese, beef, and sweet BBQ sauce all packed into one meal. This was not a small burger, and the side of fries made it even more filling.

A Steak Dinner From the Specials

During my visit, the Porterhouse steak was being offered as a dinner special, and it ended up being one of the highlights of the meal. Because Triple B rotates its daily and themed specials, I would check Rainbow Club Casino’s current dining specials before making a trip specifically for a particular steak or dinner deal.

I ordered the steak medium-rare, and it came out juicy, tender, and seasoned without overwhelming the beef. A baked potato and seasoned vegetables rounded out the plate, along with fried shrimp during our visit.

The serving was large enough that I ended up taking part of the meal home, which gives a pretty good idea of the portion sizes we experienced that night.

More Than Burgers

The menu we saw during our visit covered considerably more than burgers. Breakfast dishes, sandwiches, salads, steaks, wings, and comfort-food combinations filled out the selection.

Rainbow Club’s current description of Triple B continues to emphasize that broader mix, including handcrafted burgers, comfort food, prime rib, Creole dishes, seafood, steaks, vegetarian selections, daily breakfast, weekend brunch, and changing dinner specials.

Eating Your Way Around Water Street

One of the biggest reasons Triple B works as a local stop is its location. You are right on South Water Street, where it is easy to build an afternoon or evening around several nearby businesses instead of driving across the valley.

If you want to keep the night going after dinner, Sticks Tavern offers another casual Water Street bar experience with food, drinks, gaming, and sports. For something lighter afterward, No. 1 Boba Tea Social is also nearby for milk teas, fruit teas, smoothies, and snacks.

That concentration of restaurants, bars, breweries, cafés, and entertainment is one of the things we have come to enjoy most about Downtown Henderson. Triple B feels connected to that experience rather than functioning only as a casino restaurant.

Our Experience at Triple B Restaurant

Triple B gave us exactly the kind of meal we expected from an old-school Henderson casino restaurant: generous portions, straightforward comfort food, friendly service, and enough variety to make it work for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

The burgers remain the easiest place to start, especially considering how prominently Rainbow Club features its hand-pressed Angus patties. But the rotating specials, breakfast choices, steaks, seafood, and other comfort-food dishes make Triple B more useful than a burger-only stop.

For locals spending time around Water Street, it is another piece of a Henderson dining district that keeps giving us reasons to come back.
