As a mom, I know there are days when the kids simply need somewhere to run, jump and burn off some serious energy. In Las Vegas, that becomes especially useful when summer temperatures make the playground unrealistic or a cold winter afternoon keeps everyone indoors.
Flip N Out Xtreme Summerlin is one of the more active indoor family attractions we’ve visited. Instead of focusing on one big trampoline court, the facility combines jumping with laser tag, climbing, dodgeball, obstacle-style challenges and areas for younger kids.
It’s also one of the stops included in our guide to indoor playgrounds in Las Vegas, where we compare the different styles of indoor play we’ve experienced around the valley.

What to Expect at Flip N Out Xtreme Summerlin
Flip N Out sits on South Grand Canyon Drive near Flamingo and the 215 in Spring Valley. Despite the Summerlin name used by the business, the address falls just outside Summerlin itself, making it convenient for families coming from both Summerlin and the west side of Spring Valley.
The attraction is built around physical play. According to Flip N Out’s current attraction list, the Summerlin location includes trampolines, tumble tracks, air bags, dodgeball, basketball, laser tag, rock climbing, a Little Flipper Zone and a Ninja obstacle course.
If your kids enjoy this kind of high-energy outing, our visit to Ninja Kidz Action Park is another option with trampolines and physical challenges, while Ninja Lair puts more emphasis on ninja-style obstacles and training.
Trampolines, Dodgeball and Active Play
The trampoline areas are naturally where many kids head first. There is enough room to bounce and move around without the entire visit depending on a single attraction, and trampoline dodgeball adds something different for kids who want a game instead of open jumping.
What worked for us was the variety. A child can spend some time bouncing, move to another activity, and then return to the trampolines later. That matters when you are trying to fill more than a quick half-hour outing.

Laser Tag and Climbing
Laser tag gives families another activity when everyone needs a break from bouncing. The official attraction rules note one important detail that is easy to overlook: shoes are required for both laser tag and rock climbing.
The climbing attractions also help Flip N Out feel more like an indoor adventure park than a trampoline-only facility. Kids who immediately look for something to climb or conquer have another challenge waiting once they leave the trampoline floor.

Little Flipper Zone for Younger Kids
Flip N Out also has a Little Flipper Pass for children 4 feet and under. This separate admission option focuses on the Little Flipper area rather than full access to the larger attractions.
For families primarily looking for toddler or preschool play, the experience differs significantly from a dedicated younger-child facility. We would also compare it with Kinderland Indoor Play & Café, which focuses specifically on younger children, or Toodley Town if pretend play sounds better than an action park.
Flip N Out Xtreme Summerlin Prices
Current general admission is structured by time. A Full Access Pass costs $22 for one hour, $32 for two hours, or $40 for an all-day VIP pass. An additional hour is currently $16.
The Little Flipper Pass for children 4 feet and under is currently $14 for one hour, $19 for two hours, or $27 for an all-day VIP pass. Little Flipper admission does not include laser tag, rock climbing or the Donut Slide.
Grip socks are required for jumpers. Flip N Out currently sells standard grip socks for $5, so bring an approved pair if you already own them or plan for that additional cost.
Pricing can change, especially for promotions, groups, and school breaks, so we recommend checking Flip N Out directly before making plans.
Flip N Out Xtreme Summerlin Hours
Regular hours are currently Monday through Thursday from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m., Friday from noon to 10 p.m., Saturday from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m., and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Flip N Out posts extended operating hours during CCSD school breaks. Because those hours can differ from the regular schedule, families visiting during a school holiday should check the current schedule before heading over.
If you are building a day around this part of town, our Spring Valley coverage has more nearby family activities, restaurants, and local stops.
Birthday Parties at Flip N Out
Birthday parties are a major part of the setup here. Flip N Out currently offers multiple party-room sizes and packages that can combine jump time with options such as a dedicated host, grip socks, pizza, drinks, and laser tag depending on the package selected.
That makes the venue particularly practical for kids who want to spend most of a birthday moving instead of sitting around a table. The current packages have different room charges and per-jumper inclusions, so I would use Flip N Out’s booking system for the final price rather than planning from an older package quote.

Food and Breaks Between Activities
Flip N Out has an Xtreme Café, which is useful when kids inevitably decide they are starving halfway through all that jumping. During our visit, the facility also had an arcade area that gave everyone another way to slow the pace between the more physical attractions.
For a completely different indoor-play experience nearby, Kidstopia combines climbing and play structures with more imaginative activities, rather than building the entire visit around trampolines.

What Parents Should Know Before Going
The biggest thing to plan around is how active this place is. Flip N Out makes more sense when your kids want to jump, climb, compete, and keep moving. If you want quiet play or an easy toddler outing, another indoor playground may fit the day better.
Everyone using the trampoline areas needs grip socks, and anyone planning to use rock climbing or laser tag should bring shoes. Flip N Out also publishes trampoline safety rules and requires jumpers to follow its court monitors’ directions.
Weekends, birthdays, and CCSD breaks can quickly change the feel of an indoor attraction. Checking the current hours and admission options before leaving home is an easy way to avoid surprises.

Our Take on Flip N Out Xtreme Summerlin
Flip N Out worked well for us because it gave the kids several different ways to stay active without moving from one venue to another. Trampolines may be the main attraction, but laser tag, climbing, dodgeball, and the obstacle areas add enough variety to make the visit last longer than a basic jump session.
It is especially worth considering when the weather makes outdoor plans difficult or when you have kids who need something more physical than a traditional indoor playground.
For more choices, compare it with the other places we’ve personally visited in our Las Vegas indoor playground guide. Experiences range from toddler-focused play spaces to full-action parks, so the best option depends on your child’s age and energy level.
