Vegas has bars. Vegas has lounges. But Born And Raised gives you something in between that just feels right. From the second you walk in, there’s a sense of local pride in the air.
Whether you’re here for the game, a late-night bite, or just somewhere that doesn’t feel like a scene, Born and Raised makes itself hard to forget.
A Philosophy That Feels Very Personal
Born And Raised was created with care, with intention, and most of all—with people in mind. Their whole philosophy is simple but rare: take care of the customer first, and everything else will follow.
That shows up in every booth, every interaction, and every server who’s taking care of you. Born And Raised cements this by having a photo mural of family members and other notable people who are part of the legacy of Born And Raised.
You feel the culture in the air, but it’s never overwhelming. Just a place for all things community, cocktails, and culture.
A Design That Honors Old & New Vegas
There’s a reason why the lounge area at Born And Raised always sticks in your memory. Leather booths with dark orange and brown tones bring in that modern touch without losing comfort. It feels upscale, but never too much.
You look around and see flat screens everywhere, positioned so you don’t have to twist your neck mid-game. In the center, the biggest screen draws all eyes, showing whatever the crowd came for.
Then there’s the massive portrait from Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas starring Johnny Depp. The madness of Hunter S. Thompson stares back at you like a wink from old-school Vegas.
It’s a wild touch, but it fits perfectly. That mix of thoughtful design and fearless personality keeps you curious—and keeps you hungry!
Flavors That Speak Louder Than Bar Bites
The starters are anything but starters. These small plates come in swinging. The award-winning wings? Easy choice. Whether you go with buffalo, miso, ghost chili, or something in between, they bring the heat without the fuss.
This appetizer is served as a pound of their bone-in wings drizzled with their award-winning wing sauces. I went with a mix of garlic parmesan and classic BBQ and was not dissappointed!
Then you’ve got options like fried Brussels sprouts glazed in their house sauce, or crispy fresh zucchini dipped in lemon aioli. The Best Coast Tots go big with ground Angus beef and grilled onions stacked on golden tater tots.
Then there’s the Buffalo Chicken Dip, Gang Gang Shrimp Tacos, and nachos stacked Texas-style. Even something as simple as the con queso with warm tortilla chips and chorizo hits deeper than you’d expect. And if you’re not full yet, it’s time to level up.
For their main courses, you can’t go wrong with one of the many burgers that Born And Raised offers. I went with the Black & Bleu Burger, which is crusted with black pepper and topped with rich bleu cream cheese and caramelized onions.
If you want heat, the Mexico City burger has crispy jalapeños, chipotle mayo, and a perfect pepper jack kick. The menu leans heavy into comfort, but each dish still finds a way to feel new. All of it pairs perfectly with what’s behind the bar.
The Bar Featuring Classic Cocktails But With A Vegas Twist
The full bar at Born and Raised has everything from beer, seltzers, wine, mocktails and more! I ordered a Moscow Mule and got it just right—bright, clean, and strong enough to wake up the moment.
The cocktail list at Born And Raised blends creativity with simplicity. Each drink has its own personality without trying too hard. The Huckleberry Lemonade mixes Blue Ice Huckleberry vodka, fresh lemon juice, and triple sec, finished with blueberries and a sugar rim.
The Whiskey Peach uses Old Forester Bourbon, peach schnapps, and lime juice to strike a balance between sweet and smooth. The Tequila Made Me Do It combines Flecha Azul Reposado with muddled berries, Aperol, lemon juice, and agave for something bright but grounded.
The Bargartia takes a classic margarita and lets you choose between jalapeño or habanero-infused tequila for a kick. Then there’s the Cucumber Mojito—cool and refreshing with cucumber vodka, lime, and mint.
Whether you’re sipping slow or setting the tone for the night, these cocktails bring just enough edge without overcomplicating the glass. Each one feels like it belongs here, made to match the vibe and the menu alike.
Where Vegas Watches The Knights, Rivalries, and More
This bar doesn’t just show games. It feels them. Born And Raised is the official bar for the Vegas Golden Knights, and they rep it hard. Every game night, the energy rises with every goal, hit, and save.
Projectors and TVs stream everything from NHL to college football, from UFC to basketball. No matter where you sit, the action’s in front of you. It’s one of the few spots where you can watch a full game, never miss a second, and still eat like you’re at a sit-down restaurant.
You’re surrounded by fans who care, but no one’s trying to out-fan you. It’s electric, but never overwhelming. And if you’re rolling deep, there’s room for that too.
Big Moments Deserve Big Rooms—And They’ve Got One
When you’ve got a group, Born And Raised has you covered. There’s a private room made for birthdays, game-day crews, bachelor parties, or even work outings that don’t feel like work. It’s a space where you can stretch out, order up, and not worry about who’s watching.
Same full menu. Same drinks. Same energy. Just a little more space and a lot more privacy. You bring the people, they bring the rest. If you’re planning something and don’t want the same tired options, this might be your new favorite move.
This bar also sells merchandise as well to rep where you come from!
Slide In, Sit Back, Stay Awhile
Born And Raised doesn’t beg for attention. It earns it. From the way they treat you to the way they feed you, everything just feels right.
It’s a bar, a lounge, and a second home rolled into one. Whether it’s your first visit or your fiftieth, it’s the kind of place that remembers you. So if you’re tired of loud gimmicks and quiet service, pull up a seat. The game’s probably already on!
