Frankie’s Uptown: Where Great Food, and Cold Drinks Come Together

If you’re looking for a relaxed, easygoing place to grab a drink or share some bites in Downtown Summerlin, Frankie’s Uptown should be on your radar.

With its casual charm, lively atmosphere, and a weekday happy hour that’s hard to beat, this neighborhood bar brings the good times for any laid-back evening out.

A Fun Spot for a Night Out

I recently visited Frankie’s with a friend for a girls’ night, and it hit all the right notes. We were after something fun but not over the top—good drinks, great appetizers, and a place to talk and laugh without yelling over the music. Inside, we found cozy booths and an upbeat yet relaxed vibe that made it easy to settle in and enjoy.

We kicked things off with a Moscow mule and a red wine blend. The mule was icy with just the right amount of ginger bite, while the wine was smooth and crowd-pleasing. The bartenders were not only quick and friendly but also knowledgeable, making the whole experience feel polished.

Cocktails, Brews, and More: Drinks You’ll Love

When it comes to drinks, Frankie’s Uptown really knows how to cater to a variety of tastes. Their cocktail menu offers classic favorites with a twist, like the refreshing Cucumber Cooler, which blends gin, fresh cucumber, lime, and mint — perfect for those hot Vegas days.

If you prefer something with a bit more kick, the Spicy Margarita offers fresh jalapeño heat balanced by sweet citrus. Meanwhile, beer lovers can enjoy local craft brews and popular domestic options on tap or by the bottle.

Not to be missed is their well-curated wine list, featuring a selection of reds, whites, and rosés to complement your choice.

Tasty Bites to Start Your Meal Right

Food-wise, we stuck to appetizers and were seriously impressed. The truffle fries were crisp and golden with just enough truffle oil and parmesan to keep things interesting. The crispy Brussels sprouts were caramelized and savory-sweet, full of flavor and texture.

Paired with our drinks, they were just the right amount of indulgent. The full menu offers a wide range of pub-style favorites—from sliders and flatbreads to hearty sandwiches and salads—making it easy to come hungry and leave satisfied.

Beyond the stellar appetizers, Frankie’s has plenty to satisfy bigger appetites. Their BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwich is piled high with tender, smoky pork and house-made slaw, served on a toasted bun that holds everything together beautifully.

For something lighter yet still flavorful, the Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad hits the spot with crisp romaine, shaved Parmesan, and a creamy dressing.

If you’re sharing, the Pepperoni Flatbread is loaded with cheese and just the right amount of spice, making it a fan favorite. With fresh ingredients and generous portions, Frankie’s makes every meal feel like a casual celebration.

Live Music, TVs & a Patio Worth Sitting On

Frankie’s isn’t just about food and drinks—they’ve also got live music on select nights that brings extra energy to the space without overwhelming the chill vibe.

It’s where you can enjoy a solid set from a local musician while still holding a conversation. Whether it’s acoustic guitar, jazzy covers, or upbeat background tunes, the music adds to the community-centered feel of the place.

Sports fans will appreciate the wall-to-wall TVs, and the outdoor patio is perfect for those warm Vegas nights when you want to sip a cocktail and people-watch.

There’s a good mix of bar seating and tables, and the crowd ranges from locals in Golden Knights jerseys to casual couples just out for a midweek dinner.

Weekday Happy Hour: Everything’s $6.15 from 3–6:15 PM

Here’s a reason to stop by during the week: from Tuesday through Friday, 3–6:15 PM, everything on the happy hour menu is just $6.15. That’s drinks and bites—think $6.15 sliders, fries, cocktails, beer, and more.

It’s a clever deal that makes Frankie’s one of the most affordable places in the area to grab quality food and cocktails. Check out their menu online to see what’s featured—you may find your new go-to order.
