Sorry Not Sorry Creamery: Inspirada

Sorry, Not Sorry Creamery

Sorry Not Sorry Creamery in Inspirada is one of those places that feels like a hidden treat tucked into a quiet corner of the city. Located in a scenic plaza in Henderson, this small-batch ice cream shop delivers bold, thoughtful flavors with a boutique feel and a chill, family-friendly vibe.

It’s not a flashy place. There’s no neon cow out front or retro music blaring from the speakers. What it does offer is clever flavors, attention to detail, and a rotating cast of seasonal scoops that push the boundaries of ice cream.

Love & Scoops in the Desert

I visited with my girlfriend Destony on a warm afternoon — the kind of laid-back date that calls for something sweet but not overdone. The plaza was peaceful, and though the shop was busy, the energy inside felt light and relaxed.

For my scoop, I went with Honey Lavender — a calming, floral creation sweetened just right with natural honey and finished with crushed honeycomb from Blooming Buns Bakehouse. The texture was velvety, and the lavender wasn’t overpowering. It was the kind of flavor that feels like it was made for someone looking to slow down and savor.

“I’ve had floral ice cream before but this one surprised me. The honey balances out the lavender perfectly and that honeycomb on top was such a nice touch.”

Destony, true to form, went straight for the Rocky Road (Wait… This Is Vegan?) — a dark chocolate oat milk base folded with sugar-glazed almonds and soft vegan marshmallows. It was creamy, indulgent, and shockingly dairy-free, just the kind of rich chocolate flavor she always goes for.

Scoops With Personality

16 Classic. 4 Rotating Seasonal.

Sorry Not Sorry Creamery’s menu rotates often, with 16 classic flavors always available and 4 seasonal creations designed to surprise. Each one is labeled clearly — noting vegan, gluten-free, and even nut content — which makes ordering easy and inclusive for everyone.

The team here? Fast, friendly, and always ready to recommend a favorite.

Some of the rotating seasonal flavors during our visit included:

  • Guava Cheese Crisp: Guava fruit swirled into a cheesecake base with crunchy pastry crumbs.
  • Peaches & Sour Cream: Tangy, tart, creamy, and fresh — like peach pie in ice cream form.
  • Earl Grey Citrus: A sophisticated blend of floral tea and citrus zest, perfect for tea lovers.

The core classics are just as wild in the best way:

  • Bumbleberry Cheesecake Crumble: Four-berry swirl meets cheesecake and graham crumble.
  • Campfire S’mores: Toasted marshmallow ice cream loaded with chocolate and graham chunks.
  • Ube Honeycomb: Purple perfection with sweet, crunchy honeycomb candy mixed in.

Every scoop tastes like it was made with intent — not mass-produced, but carefully crafted. Textures, toppings, and flavor depth are clearly a priority, and it shows in every bite.

From Waffle Cone to Plaza Vibes

There’s no seating inside, but that doesn’t take away from the experience. The shop is grab-and-go by design, and it works. The modern, minimal interior stays clean and functional even when it’s busy. A pink neon sign and clear glass displays keep it photo-ready without being gimmicky.

The heart of it all — waffle irons working overtime and a chalkboard full of temptation.

Outside, the Inspirada plaza offers a quiet, shaded place to wander or sit and enjoy your ice cream. Families strolled by, teens posed with cones, and a few couples were relaxing near the small fountain.

Even without tables, it feels like a place to stay awhile.

“No indoor seating? No problem. The plaza’s peaceful vibe makes it feel like an open-air lounge — ice cream in hand, sunset on the way.”

Details That Make the Difference

Need help deciding? Ask for a sample or two. The staff is upbeat, patient, and clearly proud of their craft. They’ll happily walk you through the menu and even suggest pairings if you want to mix flavors in a flight.

Yep, flights. If you’re indecisive or just curious, order a tasting flight — four mini scoops served side-by-side. It’s the best way to explore the weirder side of the menu without the commitment of a full cone.

Toppings include sprinkles, almonds, chocolate syrup, and sometimes even specialty crumbs or honeycomb. Everything feels just elevated enough — simple, but chosen with care.

Next Door Temptations

Located right next to Sorry Not Sorry Creamery is another spot worth bookmarking: WSKY Bar + Grill, a sleek cocktail bar that adds a little nightlife edge to the otherwise laid-back plaza. It’s the kind of place you might swing by after dessert — or come back to write about another day.

Between the creamery and WSKY, the Inspirada plaza is carving out a name for itself as a local destination — one part relaxing retreat, one part flavor experiment lab.

Two Scoops of Cool: From Henderson to Fremont

Sorry Not Sorry Creamery isn’t just scooping in Henderson — they’ve gone downtown, too. They’ve partnered with We All Scream, an ice cream-themed nightclub on Fremont Street.

This quirky Vegas hotspot serves up Sorry Not Sorry flavors with a side of music and rooftop views. You’ll find their bold scoops behind the bar, blended into cocktails or served straight with a twist.

The wall art smiles back — and honestly, same.

Think DJs, neon lights, and a whole lot of ice cream energy packed into one wild dance floor. It’s the ultimate mix of sweet tooth and nightlife — cool treats for the city that never chills.

From quiet plaza vibes to downtown dance parties, Sorry Not Sorry brings flavor wherever it goes.

The Last Lick

Sorry Not Sorry Creamery is everything a neighborhood ice cream shop should be — creative, welcoming, and fun to explore. It’s not trying to be trendy; it’s just really, really good. The menu reads like a love letter to dessert, and the vibe is friendly enough that you’ll find yourself planning your next visit before you even finish your cone.

It’s a perfect place to bring a date, a dog, a friend, or just yourself. Because let’s be honest — we all deserve a little cone therapy now and then!
