During the 30–45 minute tasting session, participants will learn how chocolate is sourced, refined, and crafted while experiencing the subtle differences in flavor, texture, and aroma.
Guests can choose between a classic chocolate tasting or elevate the experience with a chocolate-and-wine pairing, specially curated to highlight the rich flavors of Ethel M’s handcrafted chocolates.
Along the way, knowledgeable hosts share insights into chocolate tasting techniques and flavor identification, making the experience both fun and educational. At the end of the tasting, participants will receive a certificate as an honorary chocolatier and enjoy 15% off regularly priced items in the Ethel M gift shop for same-day purchases.
