Salt & Straw Apple Series & Fall Specials
Celebrate the start of fall and peak apple season with Salt & Straw’s Apple Series, available from August 28 through September 24, 2026. The seasonal collection reimagines classic fall flavors through five creative ice cream and sorbet offerings, including a brand-new flavor alongside four returning favorites.
New this year is Salted Caramel Apple Pie, inspired by the classic combination of apples, buttery pie, and salted caramel.
Returning flavors include Apple Cider Donuts, featuring royal icing ice cream with apple cider donut pieces and cinnamon vanilla caramel, and Apple & Cheddar Cinnamon Rolls, combining apple pie-stuffed cinnamon rolls with sharp white cheddar ice cream and a cinnamon swirl.
The lineup also features Vanilla Apple Custard Tart, made with apple cider-spiked vanilla custard and vanilla-apple tart pieces, plus the dairy-free Hoppy Apple Cider Sorbet, made with dry-hopped apple cider.
In addition to the Apple Series, Salt & Straw has two additional limited-time promotions planned for September. From September 1–7, guests can take advantage of a Labor Day special featuring three Tacolates for $15.
Then, from September 8–30, Salt & Straw Loyalty Members can stop by between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM for an After School Happy Hour, featuring a buy-one-get-one ice cream offer.
Guests can also use the Salt & Straw app’s Order Ahead feature to order in advance and skip the line. The Apple Series is available at participating Salt & Straw scoop shops, as well as through nationwide shipping.
