We were in the mood for a cold beer and some good food, so we decided to try a little bit of everything. From refreshing local brews to jumbo chicken wings, jalapeño poppers, and fresh brick-oven pizza, our early dinner quickly turned into a delicious spread of appetizers and entrees.

The restaurant has a fun, welcoming atmosphere, with televisions throughout, a full bar, and plenty of seating for families and groups of friends. The staff was friendly, the service was great, and we felt right at home.

Craft Beer Worth Trying

Of course, you can’t visit Nevada Brew Works without trying the beer! Craft beer is a big part of what makes this restaurant special, and we were excited to sample a couple of their selections.

We ordered the Golden Blonde Ale and the NBW Hefeweizen, and both were delicious.

The Golden Blonde Ale was refreshing and easy to drink, making it a great choice alongside a meal. The NBW Hefeweizen offered a different experience, letting us enjoy another style from their lineup.

What We Ordered

We came hungry and decided to try a variety of dishes from the menu, starting with appetizers before moving on to pizza and salad.

Jalapeño Poppers

We started with the jalapeño poppers, filled with jalapeños and cream cheese and served with house-made ranch dressing.

These were a delicious way to begin our meal. The creamy filling paired nicely with the jalapeño flavor, and the ranch added a cool, flavorful finish.

They’re a great appetizer to share, especially if you’re enjoying a cold beer while looking over the rest of the menu.

Jumbo Chicken Wings

Next, we tried the jumbo beer-brined chicken wings, coated in a lemon-pepper dry rub and served with fries.

The lemon pepper seasoning gave the wings plenty of flavor without needing a heavy sauce. We loved the seasoned chicken and fries, which made this dish filling enough to enjoy as a meal on its own.

Wings and beer are always a great combination, and these were no exception.

Fresh Caesar Salad

We also ordered the Caesar salad, which was delicious and incredibly fresh.

Sometimes a classic salad is exactly what you want alongside richer dishes, and this one was a great addition to our meal. The crisp greens and familiar Caesar flavors made it a refreshing option between bites of wings and pizza.

It’s also nice to have lighter choices available when dining with a group and sharing several dishes.

Classic Margherita Brick Oven Pizza

To finish our meal, we tried the classic Margherita brick oven pizza, topped with fresh mozzarella and basil.

This was another favorite from our visit. The combination of mozzarella, fresh basil, and brick oven pizza creates a simple but flavorful dish that doesn’t need a long list of toppings.

More Than Just Beer and Pizza

While craft beer and pizza are highlights, Nevada Brew Works offers a much larger menu than you might expect from a neighborhood brewery.

You’ll find burgers, cheese curds, steaks, lobster, chicken wings, salads, and other hearty dishes. This variety makes the restaurant a convenient option for families and groups when everyone wants something different.

Whether you’re in the mood for appetizers and drinks or a complete dinner, there are plenty of choices beyond traditional pub food.
