Last weekend, my family and I decided to check out Fine Company in Downtown Summerlin. We were looking for a spot to enjoy a relaxed meal together, and this place did not disappoint.

From the moment we arrived, the sunny patio and atmosphere made it feel like the perfect family getaway.

We were greeted with warm smiles, and the staff immediately made us feel welcome. Everyone from the hostess to our server was attentive but never rushed us, giving us space to settle in and enjoy our time together.

It felt like a place where families are warmly welcomed to linger over good food and conversation.

The Setting

Fine Company has a modern, inviting design with touches of neighborhood charm. The patio is spacious and bright, with plenty of sunlight streaming in and a relaxed energy that sets the tone for a calm meal.

The indoor seating is just as welcoming, with warm wood accents and little details that make the space feel thoughtful and cozy. For families, it’s especially nice to have enough room for kids without feeling cramped.

As we settled in, I noticed how the restaurant balanced a casual vibe with a sense of care in every detail. From the presentation of dishes to the gentle background music, everything felt designed to make diners feel at ease and enjoy the experience fully.

What We Tried

We started with MOM’S BANANA BREAD served with local wildflower honey, butter, and a sprinkle of sea salt. It came out warm, soft, and lightly sweetened, instantly making everyone smile. The honey added a subtle floral note that paired perfectly with the banana, and the touch of sea salt brought out the flavors beautifully. It was the kind of small dish that sets the tone for the rest of the meal, and my kids kept going back for another bite.

The SPICY TUNA BOWL was a mix of jasmine rice, baby kale, avocado, edamame, mango, sesame seeds, crispy sweet onion, and cilantro. The tuna was tender with just the right amount of heat, while the fresh ingredients added a crisp, great contrast. It’s a dish that feels fresh and satisfying.

The MEDITERRANEAN BOWL included fine grains, baby kale, caramelized scallion labneh, tabouli salsa, olives, lemon vinaigrette, crumbled feta, harissa, sesame, and pomegranate. I opted for chicken, which was tender and flavorful. Each bite had a combination of textures—from creamy labneh to crunchy sesame and juicy pomegranate seeds—that kept things interesting. It felt hearty without being heavy.

The PASTRAMI MELT was a hit. Griddled sourdough, provolone cheese, sauerkraut, and the restaurant’s secret sauce came together in a rich, savory sandwich that was satisfying but not overwhelming. The melted cheese and the slightly tangy sauerkraut complemented the savory pastrami perfectly.

Finally, the BIG BREAKFAST BURRITO was loaded with a flour tortilla, maple chicken sausage, scrambled eggs, crispy potatoes, cheese, and chipotle sauce. It’s hearty enough to keep you full, and the combination of flavors was comforting and satisfying.

Why We Loved It

What made the experience so memorable was how thoughtfully each dish was prepared. Everything tasted fresh and balanced, and the attention to detail was clear in both flavor and presentation. Beyond the food, the atmosphere was perfect, and we enjoyed each other’s company.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can diners still order breakfast after Fine Company begins dinner service?

Yes. The all-day menu is available from opening until closing, while additional dinner plates are served from 4 to 8 p.m. This means guests can order breakfast dishes and café favorites in the evening or choose entrées such as steak frites, roasted chicken, miso salmon, and chicken with a corn waffle.

What can vegetarians order at Fine Company besides baked goods?

Meat-free choices include the egg-white breakfast burrito, avocado toast, Farmers Market salad, corn waffle, whipped feta, hummus dip, summer tomato spaghetti, and several sides. Some dishes contain dairy, eggs, nuts, or chile-based sauces, so vegan diners and guests with allergies should verify ingredients before ordering.

Why do house-made English muffins appear throughout Fine Company’s menu?

Fine Company makes its English muffins by hand each day and uses them as a signature foundation across several meals. Diners can order one simply toasted with butter and jam or find it incorporated into egg-and-cheese sandwiches, avocado toast, smoked-salmon toast, the smashburger, and the open-faced tuna melt.

Does Fine Company accommodate large brunches or private group meals?

Yes. Parties of 12 or more can submit a group-dining request through the restaurant’s website. Fine Company also offers catering, making its breakfast sandwiches, baked goods, coffee, salads, and lunch dishes practical for office gatherings and daytime celebrations.

Is Fine Company a cashless restaurant?

Yes. Fine Company accepts credit cards and mobile payments but does not take cash. Guests planning a meal with children, a business meeting, or a group should keep the cashless policy in mind before arriving.
