This casual, chef-driven restaurant serves breakfast, brunch, and lunch seven days a week, with a menu that puts a creative spin on familiar brunch favorites.
We recently stopped by and tried several dishes. Everything was beautifully presented, and the modern décor and upbeat atmosphere made it a great place to enjoy a relaxed morning or afternoon meal.
And if you’re in the mood for an early cocktail, there’s a full bar with plenty to choose from.
A Modern Brunch Spot in Spring Valley
Good Morning Kitchen has the kind of atmosphere that works for more than just a quick breakfast. The dining room has a bright, modern look with plenty of personality, creating a lively but comfortable setting for brunch. There’s also outdoor seating, giving you another option when the Las Vegas weather cooperates.

The space works especially well for groups and celebrations. From a casual brunch date to a bachelorette party or baby shower, the restaurant’s fun atmosphere makes it easy to turn breakfast or brunch into an occasion.
What We Tried
We ordered several dishes for the table, starting with something a little different.
Cauliflower Bites
To start, we shared the Cauliflower Bites, featuring battered and fried cauliflower tossed with a tangy sweet-and-sour sauce and served with furikake kale chips.
The crispy cauliflower made a great shareable appetizer before moving on to the larger brunch dishes. The sweet and tangy sauce added plenty of flavor, while the furikake kale chips brought an unexpected finishing touch.

Traditional Benedict
For a classic brunch choice, we tried the Traditional Benedict.
It comes with Canadian bacon, a poached egg, roasted tomato, and hollandaise served over a toasted English muffin. House potatoes are served alongside it to complete the plate.
It’s a familiar brunch favorite presented in Good Morning Kitchen’s polished style, making it a solid choice if you want to stick with a classic.

Wet Breakfast Burrito
The Wet Breakfast Burrito was one of the heartier dishes on our table.
It’s filled with scrambled eggs, refried beans, cheddar cheese, Canadian bacon, and house potatoes. The burrito is then covered with your choice of green tomatillo sauce, red guajillo sauce, or both, and finished with sour cream.
With so much packed inside, this is definitely an option for anyone arriving hungry. The ability to choose your sauce—or combine the two—also gives you a little control over the final flavor.

Chilaquiles with Beef Barbacoa
We also ordered the Chilaquiles, adding beef barbacoa.
Homemade corn chips are topped with refried beans, green tomatillo salsa, sour cream, and onion. The barbacoa made the dish even more filling and added another layer of savory flavor.
Chilaquiles are always a great brunch option when you’re craving something beyond traditional eggs and pancakes, and this version was one we were excited to try.

Barbacoa Sandwich
The Barbacoa Sandwich takes the restaurant’s roasted beef barbacoa in a completely different direction.
The beef is paired with avocado slaw and chipotle mayo on toasted ciabatta bread. The combination gives you a hearty lunch option while still fitting naturally into the restaurant’s brunch-focused menu.
It’s also a good choice if you’re visiting later in the day and want something more substantial than traditional breakfast fare.

Coffee With Brunch
Of course, we couldn’t have brunch without coffee.
Our table ordered an iced latte, hot latte, and regular coffee, giving us a chance to try a few different options. Whether you want a simple cup of coffee with breakfast or prefer a latte, there are choices to pair with your meal before you even get to the cocktail menu.

Cocktails and Mocktails
One feature that helps Good Morning Kitchen stand apart from a traditional breakfast restaurant is its full bar.
The restaurant offers dozens of cocktails and mocktails designed to pair with its brunch menu. If you’re in the mood for an early drink, you can enjoy a cocktail alongside your Benedict, chilaquiles, or breakfast burrito.
Mocktails also make it possible to enjoy something more creative than coffee without alcohol.
Between the full bar, modern décor, and colorful food presentation, the restaurant feels just as suited for a celebratory weekend brunch as it does for a casual weekday breakfast.
More Than Traditional Breakfast
The menu at Good Morning Kitchen goes beyond standard breakfast staples. Our meal alone included everything from eggs Benedict to fried cauliflower, Mexican-inspired chilaquiles, a saucy breakfast burrito, and a barbacoa sandwich.

There are also vegan options, making the restaurant easier to consider when dining with a group that has different preferences.
The variety is one of the restaurant’s strengths. You can keep things traditional, order something a little more creative, grab lunch, or share several plates at the table.
A Fun Brunch Experience in Las Vegas
Our visit to Good Morning Kitchen was an enjoyable one from start to finish. The staff was welcoming, the dishes had great presentation, and the atmosphere was modern and upbeat without feeling overly formal.
It’s an especially good option when you want brunch to feel like more than just breakfast. You can meet friends for coffee, enjoy cocktails at the bar, celebrate with a group, or simply sit down for a good meal.
