Some restaurants come and go, but a few become an integral part of the city. Nora’s Italian Cuisine is one of those rare gems — a Las Vegas original where every meal feels like a celebration and every guest is treated like family.
What began in 1992 as a cozy 12-seat eatery opened by Gino and Nora has since grown into one of the best-loved Italian restaurants in town.
Decades later, Nora’s continues to serve the community with the same warmth, authenticity, and passion that first put it on the map.
A True Taste of Italy
From the moment you walk through the doors, you’re greeted by the comforting aromas of garlic, herbs, and simmering sauces — a sign that you’re in for something special.
The atmosphere strikes the perfect balance between lively and intimate, making it a favorite for both family dinners and romantic date nights.
At Nora’s, the menu is built around recipes passed down through generations, prepared with the same love and care the family would use in their own kitchen.

Each dish showcases the beauty of simple, quality ingredients — hearty pastas, tender meats, and rich, flavorful sauces that feel like home with every bite.
Whether you’re stopping by for lunch or settling in for a leisurely dinner, you can taste the family tradition in every plate.
Our Lunch at Nora’s
My husband and I stopped in for a midweek lunch date, and like always, Nora’s was buzzing with energy.
The dining room was full, but the staff kept everything running smoothly, serving up plates of pasta and glasses of wine with friendly smiles.
Arancini
We started with the Arancini, golden-fried risotto balls filled with mozzarella, peas, and savory meat sauce. Crispy on the outside and perfectly creamy inside, they were a must-order starter.

Mozzarella Caprese
The Mozzarella Caprese followed — fresh tomatoes layered with mozzarella and basil, drizzled with rosemary-garlic extra virgin olive oil. Light, flavorful, and beautifully simple.

Salmon Rigatoni
For my entrée, I chose the Salmon Rigatoni, tossed in a light lemon cream sauce with tomatoes and shallots. The balance of flavors was just right — rich yet refreshing, perfect for lunch.

Carbonara Siciliana
My husband went with the Carbonara Siciliana, a comforting blend of spaghetti, ham, prosciutto, egg, cream, and peas. Every forkful was flavorful, smoky, and completely satisfying.

Dining with Heart
Part of what makes Nora’s so special is the atmosphere. Whether you’re seated indoors or outside enjoying a bit of sunshine, the restaurant always feels alive.
The full bar offers a great spot to unwind with a glass of wine or a handcrafted cocktail, and for those celebrating a special occasion, the private dining rooms provide the perfect intimate setting.
Depending on where you’re seated, you can even catch a glimpse of the kitchen — the heart of the restaurant — where the chefs keep the magic alive with every order.

The service at Nora’s deserves a special mention. Friendly, professional, and genuinely warm, the staff makes you feel cared for from start to finish.
It’s the kind of hospitality that keeps people coming back year after year.
Wine, Cocktails, and Takeout Options
No Italian meal is complete without a good drink, and Nora’s offers an impressive wine list alongside a variety of classic and modern cocktails.
Whether you’re sipping an Italian red with dinner or enjoying an Aperol Spritz at the bar, the beverage selection complements the food beautifully.
And for those nights when you want to bring the flavors of Nora’s home, you can order online for pickup. It’s a great way to enjoy your favorite dishes without missing out on that signature Nora’s quality.

A Las Vegas Staple
After more than 30 years, Nora’s Italian Cuisine remains one of the most beloved restaurants in Las Vegas — and for good reason.
It’s where food, family, and community come together in the most delicious way possible.
Whether it’s your first visit or your fiftieth, Nora’s always feels like coming home — with a plate of pasta waiting just for you.
