On our visit to the Summerlin location, we had the chance to try a few of their popular menu items—and each one delivered in its own way.

We started with the Chicken Caesar Salad, a classic done right. It featured crisp romaine lettuce, parmesan cheese, crunchy croutons, and Caesar dressing, all topped with tender chicken. It’s a familiar dish, but the freshness of the ingredients really made it stand out.

Next, we tried the Smoked Turkey & Avocado Sandwich, which was both hearty and flavorful. Packed with smoked turkey, creamy avocado, Swiss cheese, mixed greens, tomatoes, and chipotle mayo, it hit that perfect balance of savory and satisfying. The side of fries added a nice touch, making it feel like a complete, well-rounded meal.

The highlight of our visit, though, was the Spinach Salad—and it’s one we’d highly recommend. Made with baby spinach, bacon, tomatoes, mushrooms, caramelized pecans, and goat cheese, then tossed with a lemon-herb vinaigrette, this salad was full of flavor and texture. The combination of sweet, savory, and tangy elements made every bite interesting and incredibly enjoyable.
