Step into Rise and Shine, a breakfast place that combines hearty meals, whimsical decor, and family-friendly vibes.
This family-owned spot is a Las Vegas favorite. Its farmhouse-inspired interiors, pajama-clad staff, and inventive menu make it a must-visit.
A Twist on Tradition: Rise and Shine in Las Vegas
Rise and Shine isn’t just another breakfast spot—it’s an experience. This family-owned and operated restaurant on W Flamingo Road puts a creative spin on breakfast and brunch.
Recently added a new location in Southern Highlands, the Rise and Shine team has expanded their unique take on breakfast fare and warm hospitality.
Think cozy barn vibes with a playful twist. Umbrellas hang from the ceiling in a delightful array of colors, and the open kitchen lets you watch your meal being prepared fresh.
Dressed in pajamas, the staff creates a laid-back, fun environment that kids and adults alike will adore.
Don’t forget to check out their quirky merchandise, like the “Cereal Killer” graphic tees and funny socks—perfect for a good laugh and a memorable souvenir.
Outdoor Seating: Enjoy Brunch Al Fresco
While we didn’t sit outside during our visit, the restaurant offers a charming outdoor seating area perfect for warm Las Vegas mornings.
The patio provides a cozy spot to enjoy breakfast under the sun, making it ideal for brunches with family or friends.
A Menu Full of Surprises
Rise and Shine takes classic breakfast staples and gives them an inventive twist.
While they’re known as a steak-and-egg place, the menu goes far beyond. We indulged in the Red Velvet Pancakes, fluffy and decadent with a hint of cocoa, and the Silver Dollar Pancakes, topped with fresh strawberries and bananas.
The avocado toast paired beautifully with scrambled eggs, bacon, and perfectly crisp fries for those craving something savory.
And the coffee? Exceptional. Our hot vanilla lattes, made with Lavazza coffee, were rich and aromatic—a perfect start to the day.
Scrambled Eggs with Bacon and Fries: A Classic Done Right
Sometimes, simplicity hits the spot. The scrambled eggs were perfectly cooked—light, fluffy, and flavorful.
Paired with crispy bacon and golden, seasoned fries, this dish delivered comfort and satisfaction in every bite.
Red Velvet Pancakes: Decadent and Delightful
The Red Velvet Pancakes are a showstopper. Soft, rich, and slightly sweet, they’re drizzled with cream cheese frosting and dusted with powdered sugar.
It’s a dessert disguised as breakfast and an absolute treat for anyone with a sweet tooth.
Silver Dollar Pancakes with Strawberries and Bananas: A Fresh Start
These petite pancakes are a feast for the senses.
They are topped generously with fresh strawberries and bananas (we asked to put them on the side) and strike the perfect balance between sweet and fruity.
They’re a light and refreshing option that still feels indulgent.
