We stopped by The Spot LV to see what this neighborhood Las Vegas sports bar brings together under one roof.

From the moment you walk in, it’s clear the space is designed for more than one kind of visit.

Guests can head left to the 21+ bar section, where draft beer and cocktails take center stage, or go right to the family-friendly restaurant area for a casual meal with kids.

TVs line the walls in both areas, making sports a big part of the experience. Since we were only going in for a drink and a small bite, we chose the bar side, drawn by its lively energy, cozy seating, and atmosphere that felt upbeat without being overwhelming.

The Spot LV has the feel of a neighborhood sports bar built around food, drinks, and game-day energy. The colorful décor and split layout give the restaurant its own personality, whether you settle into the bar or the family-friendly dining room.

The Spot LV Menu Starts with Shareable Bar Food

We began with a local draft beer, which paired beautifully with The Spot Nacho, one of the menu’s shareable starters. The plate combines chips, melted cheese, black beans, tomato, jalapeño, pickled red onions, avocado crema, cotija, and cilantro.

Each bite gave us a satisfying combination of crispy, creamy, tangy, and slightly spicy flavors. It was exactly the kind of snack we wanted with a cold drink and an easy afternoon at the bar.

Burgers, BBQ, Sandwiches, and Comfort Food

While we didn’t explore the entire menu during this visit, the current selection goes well beyond snacks. The Spot LV serves smashed burgers, sandwiches, salads, starters, and comfort-food mains alongside several smoked and BBQ-inspired dishes.

The menu currently includes choices such as a Classic Smashed Burger, Cuban Sandwich, Brisket Cheesesteak, Crispy Chicken Loaded Mac, fish and chips, and an NY strip steak dinner.

For groups, starters are an easy way to turn the table into a spread. Beyond The Spot Nacho, the current menu includes brisket mac-and-cheese egg rolls, Funky Monkey Bread, pork belly burnt ends, chicken wings, jalapeño popper cheese dip, and Tupac Loaded Fries.

The Spot LV currently advertises happy hour Monday through Friday from 3 to 6 p.m., giving locals another reason to consider it for an after-work drink or an early bite.

Trivia and BBQ Weekends

The restaurant also gives locals reasons to return outside of major sporting events. Team trivia is currently held on Wednesday evenings beginning at 6:30 p.m.

Even on our quick Saturday stop, it was clear that The Spot LV is more than a place to grab one drink. The combination of a dedicated 21+ bar, family-friendly dining room, TVs, casual food, drinks, trivia, and weekend BBQ gives locals several different reasons to come through the doors.

For us, the visit was simple: a cold draft beer, a loaded plate of nachos, and time to take in the atmosphere. Sometimes that is exactly what a neighborhood sports bar needs to get right.
