Touchstone Living Starts Townhome Giveaway To Aid Vulnerable Seniors

In a life-changing effort to support vulnerable seniors, Touchstone Living has partnered with Catholic Charities of Southern Nevada to raffle off either a cash prize or a newly built townhome in North Las Vegas, with proceeds benefiting Meals On Wheels.

One Ticket. One Dream. One Big Impact.

This raffle represents a strong partnership between Touchstone Living, a leading local homebuilder, and Catholic Charities of Southern Nevada, the organization behind the Meals on Wheels program.

The organizations are joining forces to support vulnerable seniors by using raffle proceeds, offering a chance to win a new townhome or a cash prize.

The raffle is now open through July 31, with entries available for purchase on the Vegas New Home Raffle’s website. Participants can choose from a few ticket options—one for $25, five for $100, or a bundle of 50 for $500.

Each ticket directly helps fund the Meals on Wheels program, which provides daily support and vital nutrition to some of the region’s most vulnerable senior residents. It’s more than a game of luck—it’s a lifeline in action.

Once the raffle closes, a name will be drawn in early August. The winner will have the choice between receiving a brand-new townhome or a generous cash payout. Regardless of the prize selected, the true value of the raffle lies in its purpose.

Meals That Go Further Than the Plate

The real impact of this raffle is felt through the Meals on Wheels program, operated by Catholic Charities of Southern Nevada. Since 1975, this program has delivered weekly meal packages to homebound seniors across the Las Vegas Valley at absolutely no cost.

Each client receives a set of seven nutritionally balanced, frozen meals each week. But what matters just as much as the food is the connection. For many seniors, these visits are their only regular social contact, offering a smile, a friendly conversation, and a check-in that helps ensure safety and well-being.

Drivers become trusted faces and sometimes even lifelines for the elderly who are aging alone. The program serves over 2,400 clients every week, and it continues to grow alongside the needs of the community.

“We’re incredibly grateful for Touchstone Living’s generous support of our mission,” said Sara Ramirez, CEO of Catholic Charities of Southern Nevada.

“Their donation is not only helping to generate excitement in the community with the chance to win a brand-new home but is also making a direct impact on the lives of the seniors we serve,” said Ramirez. “These funds will go toward providing consistent nutritious meals and essential support, helping our clients live with dignity and security.”
