Skellington’s Spooktacular brings Halloween fun to Tivoli Village on October 23rd, 2026, with trick-or-treating, live music, local shopping, character appearances, and an outdoor screening of The Nightmare Before Christmas. The event runs from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM and is designed as a family-friendly evening throughout Tivoli Village.
Guests can move between different activities throughout the evening, starting with candy stops and local vendors before settling in for the movie after sunset. The event combines several Halloween traditions in one place, making it easy to spend a few hours shopping, listening to music, and enjoying seasonal entertainment.
Trunk-or-Treat Through Tivoli Village
The De Castroverde Law Trunk-or-Treat gives families a chance to collect candy while exploring the event. LVMPD Summerlin Area Command officers and Lexicon Bank team members are also scheduled to participate and hand out treats during the evening.
Costumes are encouraged, so kids and adults can dress up for the trunk-or-treat, character appearances, and other Halloween activities.
Makers Hive Market and Live Music
The evening also includes the Makers Hive Market, where local vendors will offer handmade goods, gifts, and other products. Live music will play throughout the event, creating a casual atmosphere while visitors browse the market and walk between activities.
Tivoli Village also has several restaurants and cafés nearby, making it easy to combine the event with dinner or dessert. Al Solito Posto at Tivoli Village is one nearby option for Italian food, handmade pasta, and cocktails.
Meet Jack and Sally
Jack Skellington and Sally are scheduled to make a special appearance during Skellington’s Spooktacular. Guests can stop for photos with the characters before the movie portion of the evening begins.
The meet-and-greet ties directly into the event’s movie theme and gives families and fans of The Nightmare Before Christmas another seasonal photo opportunity.
Outdoor Screening of The Nightmare Before Christmas
After sunset, the event transitions into an outdoor screening of The Nightmare Before Christmas. Guests can finish the evening watching the holiday favorite after spending the first part of the night trick-or-treating, shopping, and enjoying the live entertainment.
Because the movie is outdoors, bringing a light jacket for cooler October evening temperatures may be helpful. Comfortable shoes are also a good choice for walking throughout Tivoli Village.
