Authentic flavors, heartfelt hospitality, and the soul of Buenos Aires come alive at Made in Argentina — a local gem that brings true Argentinian warmth to Las Vegas.
As anyone who was born outside the U.S. knows, we’re always searching for places that bring a little nostalgia — a taste of home. As someone who grew up in Argentina, I’ve found a few spots in Las Vegas that capture that feeling. Made in Argentina is definitely one of them.
We were invited to dinner at a friend’s house, and when they asked us to bring dessert, I offered something unexpected — empanadas. They laughed and asked, “From Empanada Factory?” I smiled and said, “No, I’ve got a hidden gem you probably haven’t heard of yet.” That’s how this visit to Made in Argentina turned into an impromptu lunch — and one of the most memorable meals we’ve had in a while.
The Atmosphere
Walking into Made in Argentina feels like being welcomed into a friend’s home — one where the grill never cools and soccer plays on every screen. The smell of sizzling meat and bubbling cheese fills the air, wrapping you in warmth before you even find your seat.

The restaurant is casual, lively, and full of character. Argentine flags and fútbol jerseys line the walls, sharing space with vintage photos and keepsakes from Buenos Aires. Every corner tells a story, and every smile from the staff makes you feel like you belong there.
What We Ordered
We decided to start with the fugazetta pizza, a cheese-lover’s dream — layers of mozzarella baked inside soft dough and topped with sweet, golden onions. Each bite was rich, gooey, and unmistakably Argentine. Then came the parrillada, a classic Argentine mixed grill that’s meant to be shared. Served on a sizzling platter, it’s a feast of flavors: chorizo, short ribs, flank steak, morcilla, and perfectly seasoned chicken, all kissed by open flame. The smoky aroma alone is enough to transport you straight to Buenos Aires.
Of course, we couldn’t leave without ordering a few empanadas to go. Flaky, golden, and stuffed with savory beef, chicken, or spinach and cheese — they’re some of the best you’ll find anywhere in the valley.
Save Room for Dessert
No Argentinian meal is complete without something sweet. We ended with the caramel flan, a silky classic that hit all the right notes. It was smooth and creamy, large enough to share, and just sweet enough to balance the richness of the meal. One bite and it felt like being back at my grandmother’s Sunday table.
The People & The Passion
The service here reflects the spirit of Argentina itself — warm, genuine, and full of pride. The staff checked in often, not out of routine, but from a real desire to make sure every guest felt cared for. You can sense it in the small gestures — the way they explain the dishes, refill your wine, or simply share a laugh about the soccer match on TV.

The Heart Behind the Kitchen
Before the lunch crowd arrived, I had the chance to sit down with Pablo Rodriguez, the owner and soul behind Made in Argentina. He was there early — the first to arrive and the last to leave. When he talks about food, his passion is unmistakable.
“I’m from the third generation of a gastronomic family,” he told me. “My grandparents emigrated to Argentina from northern Spain. My father had his own restaurant, and now it’s my turn to continue the family tradition. I grew up watching how well customers were treated — every detail mattered. We always used natural ingredients, typical of our land.”
For Pablo, authenticity goes beyond recipes. “The most important thing is that the customer feels at home,” he said. “We want each person who walks through that door to take with them a little piece of Made in Argentina in their memory.”
A Legacy of Flavor
Our conversation was short but sincere — just a few minutes before Pablo returned to the kitchen to check on dishes and greet guests. I lingered a while longer, watching a soccer match flicker across the screen, sipping a glass of Malbec, and finishing one last empanada.

Every detail — from the music to the aroma — reminded me of home. Some places feed your hunger; Made in Argentina feeds your heart.
