Over the years, their approach to roasting grew sharper, focusing on single-origin coffees to highlight each bean’s unique region. Along the way, they learned from the growing coffee community in Las Vegas and professionals across the country. Now, they have six locations across Las Vegas, each carrying the same sense of purpose and attention to detail.

On my visit, I stopped at their Green Valley location in Henderson, ready to explore their drinks and food with an open mind while enjoying the inviting atmosphere.

The coffee here balances bold flavors with a smooth finish that lingers without feeling heavy or overpowering. A standout was the Blueberry Matcha Latte, available hot or cold, blending earthy matcha with bright blueberry sweetness for a unique taste.

For tea lovers, the Assam Black Tea offers a deep, malty profile that feels grounding and perfect for slow sipping. Even the kids have their own treat in the Kiddochino, a small cappuccino-style drink that feels grown-up but gentle for younger palates.
