Last weekend, we were hunting for a quick, easy breakfast—nothing fancy, just something warm, simple, and local.
Then my daughter hit me with the ultimate throwback: “What about that place we used to go to for coffee and croissants?”
Honestly, I had totally forgotten about it… which made it the perfect reason to go back and turn a basic breakfast run into a catch-up we didn’t know we needed.

Patisserie Manon is the kind of spot that feels like it’s hiding in plain sight. It’s across the street from Boca Park, but it sits behind bigger restaurants and businesses—one of those locations you don’t just “end up” at unless you’re going there on purpose.
And yet, somehow, they’ve stayed on the map for years because their name means something to the locals who know: real French pastries, done right.
A hidden Boca Park neighbor with a loyal following
There are plenty of places in Las Vegas to grab a quick breakfast, but French bakeries that feel authentic are a different story.
According to their website, Patisserie Manon has been serving Las Vegas since 2010, building a reputation for classic pastries, macarons, custom cakes, wedding cakes, and catering—all rooted in traditional French technique and that “French difference” they’re proud of.
And that reputation isn’t just marketing. The moment we walked in, we saw it in real time.

Walking into a wedding consultation—mid-bakery
Right by the counter, we stumbled into a scene that felt like a movie moment: a couple meeting with a bistro specialist, planning pastries and cakes for their wedding.
They weren’t rushing. They were going over details, asking questions, making choices, and you could tell this wasn’t a “pick something off a list and move on” kind of bakery. It felt personal—like the staff genuinely wanted it to be exactly right.
It was one of those subtle reminders that a place can be a breakfast stop and also a major milestone destination at the same time.
One minute you’re ordering croissants, the next you’re watching someone plan the dessert table for the biggest day of their life.

The pastry case problem: forgetting you came for breakfast
Then there’s the other issue—arguably the biggest one at Patisserie Manon: the cases are packed. Coolers and displays filled with pastries, cakes, and patisserie goodies that make it extremely hard to stay focused on “just breakfast.”
I came in planning to keep it simple, but that plan collapsed about three seconds into browsing.
I ended up adding an almond croissant to my order “just in case” breakfast took a while—which is the kind of logic that always makes sense in the moment.

The coffee-and-croissant combo that never misses
Almond croissant + hot latte
The almond croissant is to die for. Buttery, flaky, filled with that rich almond flavor, and the kind of pastry that can turn into your entire personality for the rest of the morning.
If you’re on a croissant hunt around town, this one alone is worth putting Patisserie Manon on your list.
Add a hot latte and you’re basically set—especially when you’re there to sit, talk, and let the morning slow down a bit.

The breakfast plates that kept it simple and perfect
Once we settled in and the conversation started flowing, we ordered a couple of breakfast plates—nothing overcomplicated, just the kind of breakfast that’s comforting because it doesn’t try too hard.
Two classic breakfast plates
Sunny side up breakfast plate
One plate came with sunny-side-up eggs, bacon, and a side of freshly baked baguette. It’s hard to beat that combination when the bread is fresh and the vibe is relaxed.

Scrambled eggs breakfast plate
The second plate was scrambled eggs, also served with bacon and a baguette—simple, hearty, and exactly what you want when you’re not trying to reinvent breakfast, just enjoy it.
And honestly, you don’t need much more than that. Good eggs, good bacon, good bread, good coffee… and a table conversation that makes you forget you ever rushed through breakfast in the first place.

More than breakfast: crepes, sandwiches, and the “French bistro” lane
Patisserie Manon isn’t only a pastry stop. They offer crepes, sandwiches, and plenty of options you’d expect from a French bistro-style spot—sweet, savory, and everything in between.
But here’s my best recommendation: don’t come with a strict plan. This isn’t the kind of place where you need to decide your order before you walk in.
Browse the window. Let the pastry case tempt you. Pick a couple of favorites—sweet or salty—then add coffee and enjoy the fact that you’re eating something that feels a little more special than your usual grab-and-go breakfast.

A local alternative to the usual bakery defaults
In Las Vegas, a lot of locals automatically think of Freed’s Bakery when cakes and desserts come up—and for good reason. But Patisserie Manon is a different experience.
It’s less “classic Vegas bakery” and more “tiny Paris moment in the desert.” The pastries feel intentionally French, the cakes feel like events, and the whole place reminds you that some of the best spots in town aren’t the loudest—they’re the ones you return to after years away and immediately wonder why you ever stopped going.

For parties and milestones, they do the big stuff too
According to their site, Patisserie Manon also offers catering and custom cakes for weddings, bridal showers, birthdays, and special events—plus gluten-free cake options due to popular demand.
If you’re planning something big (or even something small that deserves a little extra), this is one of those places that can handle the details and make it feel special.
A breakfast reset that turned into a reminder
We went for a quick breakfast. We ended up with a memory refresh—of the place, the vibe, the pastries, and the simple joy of sitting down for coffee and actually taking our time.
Patisserie Manon is still doing what it’s always done: quietly serving some of the best French pastries in town, staying “hidden” near Boca Park, and rewarding the locals who make the trip on purpose.
If you haven’t been in years, consider this your reminder. And if you’ve never been? Start with the almond croissant. You’ll get it immediately.
