With two locations in Las Vegas, Sin Fronteras Tacos y Más has become a favorite destination for authentic Mexican cuisine made with fresh ingredients and bold flavors. We recently visited the North Rampart location, conveniently located next door to Baan Baan Thai, to see why so many locals recommend it.

This casual neighborhood restaurant serves everything from street tacos and quesabirria to enchiladas, chile rellenos, loaded fries, handcrafted cocktails, and refreshing traditional drinks. Whether you’re dining in, grabbing takeout, or ordering delivery, Sin Fronteras offers a menu filled with authentic Mexican favorites prepared fresh to order.

A Casual Neighborhood Favorite

Sin Fronteras Tacos y Más isn’t a large restaurant, but that’s part of its charm. The dining room has a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere that makes it perfect for a quick lunch or a casual dinner with great food.

The restaurant focuses on serving quality dishes without being overly complicated. Friendly service, fresh ingredients, and generous portions make it easy to see why many customers return again and again.

Its convenient North Rampart location also makes it an easy stop whether you’re running errands, exploring nearby businesses, or simply craving authentic Mexican food.

What We Ordered

During our visit, we sampled several of the restaurant’s signature dishes.

We started with the carne asada tacos, which featured tender grilled steak served on fresh tortillas. The meat was juicy and well-seasoned, letting the simple ingredients shine without unnecessary extras.

Next came the quesabirria, one of the restaurant’s most popular menu items. The crispy tortilla was stuffed with tender beef and melted cheese, then served with a rich consommé for dipping. Every bite delivered bold, authentic flavor and quickly became one of our favorite dishes.

We also ordered the loaded carne asada fries, which arrived piled high with seasoned steak and classic toppings. It’s a generous portion that’s easy to share, although you may not want to.

To complete the meal, we ordered a refreshing horchata along with a classic Mexican Coke served in a glass bottle. Both paired perfectly with the food’s rich flavors.

Everything arrived fresh, hot, and full of flavor.

Don’t Miss the House Salsa

We also ordered a side of chips and the house salsa, and we’re glad we did. The salsa was fresh and flavorful, with just the right amount of spice to complement the rest of the meal.

Sometimes it’s the simple things that leave the biggest impression, and this salsa was definitely one of them. It paired perfectly with the crispy tortilla chips and had us going back for more between bites of tacos and quesabirria.

It’s a great addition to any order and a delicious way to start—or accompany—your meal.

A Menu with Plenty of Choices

Although tacos are the restaurant’s biggest draw, the menu offers far more than just street tacos.

Guests can also choose from favorites like enchiladas, chicken taquitos, chile rellenos, burritos, quesadillas, combination plates, and tortas. The variety makes Sin Fronteras a great choice.

No matter what you order, the focus remains on authentic flavors and freshly prepared food.

Handcrafted Drinks and Cocktails

Sin Fronteras also features a full drink menu to complement its food.

In addition to traditional beverages like horchata and bottled Mexican Coke, guests can enjoy handcrafted cocktails, margaritas, Mexican beers, and other refreshing drinks that pair perfectly with the restaurant’s menu.

Whether you’re stopping in for Taco Tuesday, a casual dinner, or happy hour, there are plenty of beverage options to choose from.

Perfect for Dine-In or Takeout

One thing we appreciated is how well Sin Fronteras works for both dine-in and takeout.

The restaurant offers a comfortable place to enjoy your meal, but the food also travels well if you’re taking dinner home or ordering delivery. The quick service makes it especially convenient on busy weeknights when you’re craving authentic Mexican food without spending hours in the kitchen.

Having two Las Vegas locations also makes it easy for more locals to enjoy their favorite dishes, no matter which side of town they’re on.
