Where Casual Dining Meets Culinary Excellence
At first glance, Sultans Wagyu Grill might look like your go-to neighborhood Greek and Mediterranean joint, but if you step inside, it becomes clear this place is a notch above.
The open layout is welcoming, and the scent of fresh herbs, grilled meats, and warm spices is immediately noticeable. The staff greets you with smiles, taking time to explain the menu and answer questions with genuine enthusiasm.

You’ll find an emphasis on authentic preparation, fresh ingredients, and generous portions—qualities that make this spot stand out among Las Vegas’s bustling food scene.
Whether you’re looking for a quick weekday lunch or a family dinner spot with something for everyone, Sultan’s delivers!
Sultan’s Harvest: A Vegetarian Feast
Our visit began with the appropriately named Vegetarian Heaven, and it lived up to every bit of its title. A vibrant plate featured hummus, smoky baba ghanouj, stuffed grape leaves, golden falafel, crunchy pickled turnips, and house-made torshi pickles on a fresh bed of lettuce. The flavors were bold yet balanced—earthy, bright, and satisfying.

But what really brought the dish together was the Flatbread Zaatar from Sultans Wagyu Grill—a piping hot round of pita topped with zaatar (a blend of thyme, sumac, and sesame seeds) and served with creamy tzatziki. Fragrant, slightly tangy, and crisped just right, it was the perfect dipping companion to the mezze plate.
Whether you’re a vegetarian or just someone who appreciates Mediterranean comfort food done right, this platter is a must.
Gyro Goals: The Greek Salad Upgrade
Next up: the Greek Salad with Gyro Meat—a colorful and generous medley of romaine lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, kalamata olives, chickpeas, beets, and feta cheese, all topped with strips of warm, juicy gyro meat. It’s easy to phone in a salad, but Sultans elevates theirs with crisp produce and expertly seasoned protein.
The gyro meat was tender and flavorful, seared with just the right amount of char. It perfectly complemented the sharpness of the feta and the brininess of the olives. Every bite felt well thought out—fresh, hearty, and deeply satisfying.
More Meaty Highlights: Wagyu, Kabobs, and Lamb
If you’re not sure what to order beyond the classics, the Wagyu kabobs are a great way to experience the specialty that sets Sultan’s apart. Juicy, grilled to perfection, and paired with fluffy saffron rice and grilled vegetables, the Wagyu kabobs offer a depth of flavor you won’t find at your average shawarma joint.
The chicken shawarma plate is another standout, marinated in a blend of garlic, lemon, and spices, then flame-grilled and served with creamy garlic sauce. For lamb lovers, Sultan’s offers a lamb shank dish so tender it falls off the bone, stewed slowly with Mediterranean spices for maximum comfort and richness. Add in a side of seasoned fries or saffron rice, and you’re in for a meal that hits every mark.
Room for Dessert? Always.
Even if you think you’re too full, save space for dessert. Sultan’s dessert selection is surprisingly broad and irresistibly tempting. We spotted flaky baklava, creamy tiramisu, rich chocolate mousse cake, and a pistachio ricotta creation that had a line forming to see it.
These are not afterthoughts. Each sweet treat is made with as much care as the entrees, offering a lovely way to end your meal on a high note.
While the food is the star of the show, Sultans Wagyu Grill’s hospitality deserves its own applause. The staff was incredibly welcoming, happy to guide us through the menu, and even gave us a few tips on their favorite dishes to try next time.
There’s no shortage of Mediterranean and Greek-inspired restaurants in Las Vegas, but Sultan’s Wagyu Grill manages to rise above the noise with its consistently fresh flavors, authentic touches, and genuinely friendly vibe. It’s the kind of place you want to return to—not just because the food is good, but because the experience feels personal.
Sultan’s delivers on all fronts. It’s casual, yes—but never careless. Each plate feels like it was made for you, and that’s rare.
