If you’re looking for mini golf in Las Vegas that works just as well for a family afternoon as it does for date night, PopStroke Las Vegas at Town Square brings together putting, food, drinks, games, and plenty of room to hang out.

This isn’t the traditional windmills-and-castles version of putt-putt. PopStroke builds the experience around two outdoor 18-hole putting courses, then adds a full-service restaurant, sports bar, ice cream parlor, kids’ playground, outdoor games, and food and drink service that can follow you onto the course.

Mini Golf at Town Square Las Vegas

Located at Town Square on South Las Vegas Boulevard, PopStroke is built around two outdoor 18-hole mini golf courses. They feel closer to putting greens than traditional miniature golf, with changes in terrain and enough movement to keep the game interesting for both beginners and people who actually know their way around a putter.

A typical 18-hole round takes about 45 minutes to an hour, depending on how crowded the course is. PopStroke recommends keeping individual playing groups to six people or fewer, and one of the courses is designed to accommodate wheelchairs and strollers.

Your day pass includes a PopStroke putter and golf ball, so you don’t need to bring equipment with you. There is also an upgraded TaylorMade Spider putter option for anyone who wants something a little closer to what they might use on a traditional green.

One of our favorite parts of the experience was being able to order from our phones while playing. PopStroke offers on-course food and drink service through its mobile app, which means you can keep moving through the course instead of stopping your round whenever someone wants another drink.

A Different Las Vegas Date Night

For couples looking to break out of the dinner-and-a-movie routine, PopStroke makes an easy date-night option. There’s enough competition to keep things interesting without turning the evening too serious, and the outdoor setup feels completely different once the sun goes down.

You can putt, grab dinner, stop at the bar, and make an entire evening out of one location. If you want to keep exploring Town Square afterward, Pinot’s Palette offers another interactive date-night experience nearby.

Food, Drinks and the Sports Bar

PopStroke has a full-service restaurant rather than a small concession counter, and the Las Vegas kitchen currently opens daily at 11 a.m. The menu leans toward casual food that works well before or after a round, including nachos, Pretzel Bites & Queso, wings, sliders, salads, wraps, entrées and kids meals.

The sports bar adds signature cocktails, beer and other drinks, while the ice cream parlor covers the sweeter side with ice cream and shakes.

That combination makes PopStroke easy to treat as more than a one-hour activity. You can play a round, take a break for food, watch part of a game at the bar, then head back outside.

Our Saturday Evening at PopStroke

We spent a Saturday evening at PopStroke and had such a great time. It was the right balance between actually doing something and still being able to relax.

The putting course was challenging enough to create a little friendly competition without becoming frustrating, and ordering drinks from our phones while we played made the experience feel easy and modern.

Afterward, we stayed for dinner and caught part of a game at the bar. It was something different from the usual weekend routine, which is exactly what we were looking for.

PopStroke With Kids

PopStroke works especially well as a family activity. Kids can play the same putting courses as everyone else, while the property also includes its own playground and outdoor games when they need a change of pace.

Kids ages 3–12 currently have their own day-pass option, and the family-friendly setup means adults and kids can participate in the same activity instead of splitting up into separate entertainment areas.

If you’re planning more time at Town Square, you can turn PopStroke into part of a larger family day. Dinosaur Outpost is directly across the park, while Supa Claw brings Japanese-style claw machines to Town Square. For something completely different, Ooza Palooza lets kids create their own custom slime.

Families who enjoy friendly competition can also compare PopStroke with Game Nest and its Japanese arcade games, K1 Speed for indoor electric go-karts, or Las Vegas Mini Grand Prix for go-karts, rides and arcade games.

How Much Is PopStroke Las Vegas?

As of our latest update, the standard Adult Day Pass is $30. PopStroke also currently lists a $20 Kids Day Pass for ages 3–12, a $18 Senior Day Pass for guests 60 and older, and a $25 Local Resident Day Pass.

The passes provide all-day access to the Las Vegas courses rather than a single 18-hole round, and the standard putter and golf ball are included. Prices and promotions can change, so it’s worth checking PopStroke’s current options before heading over.

Do You Need a Reservation?

No. PopStroke does not currently accept advance reservations for regular mini golf or restaurant visits. Both operate on a first-come, first-served basis.

You can buy a golf pass online for the day of your visit or purchase one when you arrive. If you’re planning something bigger, groups of 12 or more can contact PopStroke’s events team for an organized group booking.

Parties and Group Events

PopStroke also works as an event venue for birthday parties, corporate outings, team-building events and larger group gatherings. That makes it an interesting middle ground between a traditional restaurant gathering and a full entertainment venue because everyone has something to do instead of spending the entire event around a table.

Whether you’re bringing the kids, looking for a casual Las Vegas date night, or challenging friends to see who can survive 18 holes with the fewest questionable putts, PopStroke Las Vegas gives you much more than a basic round of miniature golf.

For us, it was the mix that made it work: competitive enough to be fun, relaxed enough to hang out, and with food and drinks right there when the game was over.
