Un Poko Krazy: Ice Cream & Mexican Snacks

Un Poko Krazy

Some places in Vegas feel like they were built for a specific mood. A quick stop. A late-night craving. A “let’s grab something small” kind of plan that turns into an hour of trying to decide what looks best.

Un Poko Krazy in Henderson is exactly that type of spot. It’s the kind of dessert shop that doesn’t just hand you a scoop and send you on your way. It’s loud in color, packed with options, and built around the idea that your treat can be sweet, fruity, chocolatey, spicy, crunchy, or all of the above if you’re feeling brave.

I went with my fiancée Destony, and we kept it simple compared to how wild the menu can get… but even our “simple” order felt like a full experience.

Mexican Snacks, Ice Cream, and a Whole Lot of Choices

The first thing you notice is the sign. Big, bold letters that basically tell you what you’re walking into: Mexican Snacks & Ice Cream. It’s not subtle, and it doesn’t need to be. It sets the tone before you even step inside.

Once you’re in, it’s a long counter setup with the menu boards running across the back wall, the ice cream case stretching out in front, and a steady flow of people figuring out what they want. It feels like a place that’s used to being busy, and honestly, it makes sense.

A Bright, Fun Interior That Feels Like a Local Favorite

The shop has this clean, straightforward layout, but the personality comes from the details. The counter is loaded with toppings, the menu boards glow overhead, and the vibe feels like it’s meant for people who want to build something custom.

There’s also this cool wall art situation going on. It’s not trying to be fancy. It’s more like a fun, bold paint job that matches the energy of the menu. It gives the space character, and it makes the place feel like more than just a quick stop for dessert.

The Ice Cream Case Is a Problem in the Best Way

If you’re the type of person who struggles to pick a flavor, the ice cream case here is going to test you immediately. It’s one of those setups where you’re leaning over the glass like you’re trying to solve a puzzle.

Some of the flavors that stood out right away were the ones that feel classic, plus the ones that feel like they were made for kids, or anyone who still loves kid flavors.

You’ve got options like Bubble Gum, Vanilla, and Cookie Monster, plus heavier hitters like Chocolate, Strawberry, and Oreo Cheesecake. There were also flavors like Pistachio, Fruity Pebbles, and even Matcha marked as NEW, which immediately caught my eye.

We ended up getting two scoops of ice cream. Technically one was mine, and the other was part of what we ordered with the Dubai Mini Pancakes, but it still counts. It was one of those “we’ll share everything anyway” situations.

Paletas That Make You Want to Come Back Just to Try Them

Even though we didn’t get one this time, the paletas menu is absolutely worth mentioning because it adds another layer to what Un Poko Krazy is offering. It’s not just ice cream tubs and milkshakes. It’s that whole Mexican dessert shop vibe where there’s always another option to try next time.

They have both water-based and milk-based paletas, and just reading the board makes you want to order one on impulse. It’s the kind of menu where you can come back multiple times and never repeat the same thing.

The Toppings Bar Is Basically a Candy Store

This is where the “much more” part really starts to hit. Because Un Poko Krazy isn’t just handing you a dessert. They’re giving you the tools to build something that looks like it belongs on a social media feed.

They’ve got candy toppings everywhere. Gummies, crunchy bits, sprinkles, chocolate pieces, and all kinds of add-ons that turn a regular treat into something extra.

A full toppings station loaded with candy, gummies, and crunchy add-ons ready to turn any dessert into something extra.

It feels like the kind of place where kids would lose their minds, but also where adults secretly have just as much fun choosing toppings. It’s hard not to get pulled into it.

Fresh Fruit That Makes Everything Feel More Refreshing

One thing I really liked is that they don’t just rely on candy and syrup to make things exciting. They also have a full fruit station with bright, fresh-looking options laid out like you’re building a fruit bowl at home… except you’re about to cover it in chocolate.

Fresh fruit toppings lined up and ready, from strawberries and pineapple to coconut strips and watermelon.

From what we saw, there were fruits like strawberries, pineapple, watermelon, and other cut fruit options ready to go. They even had coconut strips, which instantly made everything feel like it could lean tropical if you wanted it to.

It’s a smart setup because it gives you a totally different direction. You can go full candy chaos, or you can go fruity and refreshing, or you can do both and call it balance.

Dubai Mini Pancakes That Feel Like a Dessert Event

Alright, this is what we came for.

The Dubai Mini Pancakes are the kind of dessert that doesn’t just sit in front of you quietly. It shows up like it’s ready for a photoshoot. A foam container packed with mini pancakes, layered and stacked, covered in sauce, and finished off with toppings that make it feel like you ordered something way bigger than you expected.

Dubai Mini Pancakes stacked up and drenched in Dubai chocolate, finished with strawberries and a generous topping layer.

Ours had that rich Dubai chocolate element going on, and honestly, it was one of the best parts of the whole visit. It tastes deep and sweet without feeling cheap or overly sugary. It’s the kind of chocolate flavor that sticks around in a good way.

Then you get into the fun part. You dip the mini pancakes into the ice cream, grab a strawberry on top, and it turns into this perfect bite that’s warm-ish, cold, creamy, and fruity all at once.

“The Dubai chocolate is very good, and dipping the mini pancakes into the ice cream with a strawberry on top just makes the whole thing hit.”

It’s a messy dessert, but it’s supposed to be. It’s not the kind of thing you eat politely. It’s the kind of thing you lean into.

The Krazy Cup Fruit Cup Is the Move If You Want Something Custom

We also got a Krazy Cup, which is basically a build-your-own fruit cup situation. You choose the fruit, you choose the toppings, and you can take it in whatever direction you want.

Ours came loaded with fruit like strawberries and pineapple, and then it got hit with chocolate in a way that instantly made it feel like dessert instead of “healthy.”

The cup itself looked stacked. Like the kind of thing you finish and immediately feel like you need water, but you still keep going because it’s too good to stop.

The best part about the Krazy Cup is that it feels like it fits any mood. If you want something refreshing, you can keep it fruit-forward. If you want something sweet, you can go heavy on candy toppings. And if you want to go full dessert mode, you can do what we did and let chocolate take over.

The Milkshake Was the Perfect Cool-Down

We also grabbed a milkshake, and it ended up being the calmest part of the whole order, which is funny because a milkshake is still a full dessert.

It came out looking thick, cold, and smooth, topped with whipped cream, and it was exactly what you want after a few bites of chocolate-heavy pancakes and fruit covered in sauce.

It’s the kind of drink that makes you slow down for a second. Like, okay… we’re not rushing this. We’re sitting here and enjoying it.

Other Stuff on the Menu That Makes You Want a Round Two

Even though we stuck to the sweeter side this time, Un Poko Krazy is clearly built for people who want options. It’s not just ice cream flavors and fruit cups.

The paletas menu board showing both water-based and milk-based options, with flavors that make it hard to pick just one.

They’ve got a whole Mexican snack side to the menu too, which is where things can get spicy, tangy, and crunchy. This is the part where you start seeing items that feel like a snack run turned into a full-on meal.

Depending on what you’re in the mood for, you can find things like:

  • Paletas (water-based and milk-based)
  • Raspados (shaved ice style treats)
  • Chamoyadas (sweet and spicy drinks)
  • Elote-style snacks like corn cups and loaded corn options
  • Tostiloco-style snacks for that crunchy, loaded, everything-in-one vibe

That’s what makes this place feel different. You can show up thinking you’re getting ice cream, and leave realizing you could’ve gone a completely different direction.

Why Un Poko Krazy Works So Well in Henderson

Un Poko Krazy feels like it understands what people actually want out of a dessert stop in Vegas. Something that’s fun, something that’s customizable, and something that doesn’t feel like the same cookie-cutter chain experience you can get anywhere.

The shop is colorful, the menu is packed, and the whole setup encourages you to try something new. It’s also the kind of place where you can come back and have a totally different experience the next time. One visit could be ice cream and milkshakes. The next could be paletas and spicy snacks. Another could be fruit cups and shaved ice.

It’s not just a dessert shop. It’s a “what are we feeling today?” kind of place.

A Sweet Stop That’s Easy to Come Back To

Walking into Un Poko Krazy feels like stepping into a place where dessert is treated like a full event. Not just a scoop in a cone, but something you build, something you share, something you take pictures of, and something you talk about later.

Un-Poko-Krazy-Sign
Un Poko Krazy’s bright sign sets the tone right away: Mexican snacks, ice cream, and a whole lot of fun.

Between the Dubai Mini Pancakes, the Krazy Cup fruit cup, the ice cream, and the milkshake, we left feeling like we did way more than just grab something sweet. It was fun, it was messy in the best way, and it was one of those simple little date stops that ends up feeling like a memory.

“Overall it was nice. Great treats, cool wall art, and it’s definitely a place we’ll come back to when we’re in the mood for something sweet.”

And honestly, the best part is knowing we barely scratched the surface. Next time, I’m coming back ready to try the stuff we didn’t get, because Un Poko Krazy is the kind of place that makes you curious on purpose.
