595 Craft and Kitchen is one of those places that feels easy the second you walk in. Not overdone, not trying too hard, just a solid mix of good food, craft beer, and a space that actually makes you want to hang out for a while.
I went on a Saturday with my parents, and it had that steady weekend energy. There were people at the bar, groups at tables, and a constant flow of food coming out of the kitchen. It felt active without being overwhelming.
It’s the kind of spot that works for a lot of situations. You could come here for a quick bite, a couple drinks, or sit down and stay for a full meal without feeling rushed.
Inside 595 Craft and Kitchen
The inside of 595 Craft and Kitchen leans into a modern brewery style, but keeps it comfortable. There’s a lot of wood throughout the space, from the tables to the wall accents, which gives it a warm and casual feel.
The bar area stands out right away. Behind it, you’ll see a full lineup of taps, bottles, and rotating beer options written across large menu boards. It’s detailed without being confusing, and if you’re into craft beer, you’ll probably spend a few minutes just reading through everything.
One of the best features is the garage-style door that opens up along the side. It brings in natural light and gives the place an open, almost indoor-outdoor feel. During the day, it makes a big difference and keeps the space from feeling closed in.
There are TVs above the bar, people posted up with drinks, and a mix of seating that works for both small groups and bigger tables. Nothing about it feels forced. It’s just built to be comfortable.
You can tell people don’t just come here to eat. They come to sit, talk, watch something, and take their time.
What We Ordered
The menu at 595 Craft and Kitchen is bigger than you’d expect from a brewery-style spot. It covers wraps, tacos, snacks, and a mix of heavier plates, so there’s something for pretty much everyone.
I went with the Chipotle Chicken Quesadilla.

It came out hot with a solid portion, and the inside had that perfect balance of chicken, cheese, and flavor without being overloaded. On the side, it came with pico, guacamole, and crema, which made a big difference. Each bite felt a little different depending on what you dipped it into.
It’s simple food, but done right, which honestly fits the whole vibe of the place.
My mom ordered the Edamame Hummus Wrap.

This one leaned more on the fresh side. It had chopped romaine, avocado, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and herb aioli, all wrapped up in a flour tortilla. It also came with a mixed greens salad on the side, which kept it light but still filling.
It’s a good option if you don’t want something heavy but still want a full meal.
My dad went with the Buffalo Chicken Wrap.

This was the opposite direction. Fried chicken, lettuce, blue cheese, tomatoes, cheddar, and buffalo sauce, all packed into the wrap. It came with a side of crispy fries, which were exactly what you’d expect, hot and slightly salty with a good crunch.
It’s the kind of order you go for when you want something classic and filling, and it delivered on that.
Beer Selection
The beer is a big part of what makes 595 Craft and Kitchen stand out.
I ordered the Beachwood Hops of Fury, and my dad went with the Beachwood Amalgamator. Both were solid choices and showed off the variety they have on tap.

The tap list rotates, which keeps things interesting if you come back. You’re not stuck with the same options every time, and there’s usually something new to try.
The menu boards behind the bar are packed with options, from lighter beers to heavier IPAs, and everything in between.
It feels like a real craft beer spot, not just a restaurant that happens to serve beer.
The Atmosphere
What really makes 595 Craft and Kitchen work is how balanced everything feels.
The music isn’t too loud, the TVs don’t take over the space, and the seating is spaced out enough where you’re not right on top of other tables. It gives you room to actually enjoy your time there.

Even on a Saturday, it never felt chaotic. There was a steady flow, but everything moved smoothly.
It’s easy to relax here, which is not something every busy spot in Vegas can pull off.
The mix of people also stood out. You had groups of friends, families, and people just sitting at the bar watching games. It didn’t feel like it was trying to target one specific crowd.
Where 595 Craft and Kitchen Lands
595 Craft and Kitchen is one of those places that just works.
The food is reliable, the beer selection is strong, and the space makes it easy to stay longer than you planned. Nothing feels overcomplicated, and that’s part of what makes it stand out.
Going with my parents made sense here. It’s casual enough for a laid-back meal, but still has enough going on to keep it interesting.
It’s the kind of spot you don’t have to think twice about going back to. You know what you’re getting, and it delivers every time.
By the time we left, it felt like one of those places you could easily add into a regular rotation. Not just for the food or the beer, but because the whole experience just feels easy from start to finish.
