Inside Rampart Casino in Summerlin, Jade Asian Kitchen & Noodles brings Chinese favorites, noodles, sushi, cocktails, and teppanyaki together in a polished dining room that feels noticeably different from the typical casino restaurant.
We returned on July 24, 2026, and what continues to make Jade memorable is the range of experiences under one roof. You can settle into the main dining room for dinner, sit near the sushi bar, book a teppanyaki experience, stop at the bar for Happy Hour, or head outside to the patio near the resort’s waterfalls.
For locals exploring more Summerlin restaurants and neighborhood spots, Jade remains an interesting option when the night calls for something a little more elevated without heading to the Strip.
A Return to Jade’s Chinese Favorites
Jade’s current menu still leans heavily into Chinese dishes while stretching into sushi, noodles, seafood, rice dishes, and other Asian-inspired selections. That range makes it easy for a table to order family-style, mix familiar favorites with something different, or build an entire meal around noodles and rice.

What We Ordered at Jade
Our July visit brought us back to several dishes that capture what Jade does well: recognizable Chinese comfort food served in a setting that feels suited to both an everyday dinner and a more planned night out.
Orange Chicken
The Orange Chicken remains one of the easiest crowd-pleasers on the menu. The breaded chicken arrives wok-fried with broccoli and a citrus-forward orange sauce, giving the dish that familiar balance of crispy, sweet, and tangy flavors.

Chicken Lo Mein
The Chicken Lo Mein is exactly the kind of comforting noodle dish we were hoping for. Wok-stir-fried chicken, vegetables, lo mein noodles, and dark soy sauce come together in a savory bowl that works particularly well when several dishes are being shared around the table.

If noodles are what brought you here, Jade offers a noticeably different experience from 8 Noodle Bar at Red Rock, another nearby Summerlin-area option built around Asian noodle dishes.
X.O. Lap Chuang Fried Rice
The X.O. Lap Chuang Fried Rice has more personality than a standard side of fried rice. The current version combines wok-fried rice with lap cheong sausage, green beans, egg, and X.O. sauce, giving it a richer and more savory profile that easily stands on its own.

Asparagus with Garlic Sauce
For something lighter alongside the richer chicken, rice, and noodle dishes, the Asparagus with Garlic Sauce keeps things simple. The asparagus and garlic combination gives the table a vegetable dish that doesn’t feel like an afterthought.

If Chinese food is the main reason for your visit, you can also explore Nom Wah in Summerlin for Cantonese dim sum, dumplings, noodles, and another very different take on Chinese dining in the neighborhood.
The Dining Room and Waterfall-Side Patio
Jade’s setting continues to be one of its biggest advantages. The dining room feels polished without becoming overly formal, with contemporary design, warm lighting, Asian-inspired details, and several distinct seating areas.

The outdoor patio adds another dimension. Sitting near the resort’s waterfalls brings a quieter backdrop to dinner, especially when the weather cooperates. It is one of those details that can make Jade work just as well for a date night as it does for dinner with family or friends.
The restaurant also has enough variety in its seating and menu to accommodate different kinds of evenings. You can keep dinner relatively casual with noodles and shared dishes or turn it into a longer night with sushi, cocktails, and teppanyaki.
Teppanyaki Adds a Different Experience
One of Jade’s most distinctive options is its teppanyaki experience, where the meal is prepared directly at the cooking table. It brings more energy to dinner and is particularly well suited to groups, birthdays, family outings, and celebrations where the experience itself is part of the evening.
Unlike standard dining-room reservations, reservations are required for teppanyaki. If that is the reason you are visiting Jade, it is worth booking specifically for the teppanyaki experience rather than assuming a standard dinner reservation will include it.

Those looking for another Japanese-focused option in the neighborhood can also check out Marufuku Ramen in Downtown Summerlin for ramen, small plates, and a much more casual dining experience.
Happy Hour at the Bar
Jade’s Happy Hour runs Wednesday through Sunday from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the bar, making it possible to stop in before regular dinner service for drinks and Happy Hour offerings.
The full beverage menu extends well beyond basic beer and wine. Jade serves sake, Japanese whisky, cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic drinks, so the bar can easily become its own reason to stop in rather than simply somewhere to wait for a dinner table.
If Happy Hour hopping is more your style, Rustic House at Boca Park offers another nearby option for drinks and food in the Summerlin area.

A Restaurant That Works for Different Occasions
One thing that stood out again during our return visit is how easily Jade shifts between different kinds of dinners. A couple can make it a date night, families can share familiar Chinese dishes, groups can book teppanyaki, and someone dining alone can comfortably settle in near the bar or sushi area.
That flexibility is especially useful in Summerlin, where Jade sits close to several other dining and entertainment options. It gives locals another choice when they want something more polished than a quick neighborhood meal but don’t necessarily want the formality of a traditional fine-dining restaurant.

Service during our visit kept the evening moving comfortably without making dinner feel rushed. With so many sections of the menu to choose from, having the ability to ask questions and build a shared order is useful, especially for first-time visitors.
Why We Would Return to Jade
Jade does not fit neatly into just one category. It is a Chinese restaurant, a sushi stop, a noodle destination, a teppanyaki experience, and a cocktail bar depending on how you choose to use it.
For us, the reason to return is that combination. We can come back for the Chicken Lo Mein and X.O. Lap Chuang Fried Rice we already know, explore more of the sushi menu on another visit, or make the teppanyaki tables the focus of a completely different night.
After our July 24 return, Jade Asian Kitchen & Noodles still feels like one of those Summerlin restaurants that can fill several roles depending on the occasion. If you are exploring more local options afterward, our Las Vegas restaurant stories are a good place to continue.
