Lunch Highlights

We stopped by for a late lunch and decided to order several dishes to share so we could experience a variety of flavors.

We started with the La Madre Caesar, a fresh salad made with petite romaine, brioche croutons, and shaved parmesan. It was crisp, flavorful, and a great way to begin the meal.

Next came the Queso Fundido, one of the standout appetizers. Made with Oaxaca and Asadero cheeses, chorizo, roasted sweet corn, pepitas, salsa matcha, and served with warm corn tortillas, it was rich, creamy, and perfect for sharing.

The Crunchy Beef Tacos offered a fun take on a classic favorite. Filled with seasoned beef, crisp romaine, cheddar cheese, and sour cream, they delivered familiar comfort-food flavors using fresh ingredients.

One of our favorite dishes was the Birriadillas. Made with corn tortillas filled with tender birria and melted mozzarella cheese, they were served with guacamole, cabbage slaw, and a rich birria consommé for dipping. Every bite was packed with flavor, and the consommé added even more depth to the dish.

We also ordered the Roasted Corn, which made an excellent side and paired perfectly with the rest of the meal.

To finish the meal, we couldn’t pass up dessert. We ordered the Crème Brûlée, and it was absolutely delicious. The creamy custard was smooth and rich, while the perfectly caramelized sugar topping added a satisfying crunch. It was the perfect sweet ending to an already excellent meal and definitely worth saving room for.

Every dish arrived beautifully presented, generously portioned, and full of fresh flavor. It’s clear that quality ingredients and careful preparation are priorities throughout the menu.
