Murder at the Steakhouse brings an interactive murder mystery experience to Via Brasil Steakhouse on October 17th, 2026. Doors open at 6:30 PM, with the 90-minute show beginning at 7:00 PM. Guests become part of the investigation as actors introduce suspects, clues, motives and unexpected twists throughout the evening.
Presented by Whodunit? Productions, the show combines live theater, comedy and audience participation inside the Summerlin-area Brazilian steakhouse. Guests can choose how involved they want to be, whether that means questioning characters and actively trying to solve the case or simply following the story from their table.
Help Solve the Murder Mystery
The evening centers on a fictional crime that unfolds throughout the restaurant. As the story develops, actors move through the room, reveal clues and interact with guests while everyone tries to determine who committed the crime.
The experience is designed to be playful rather than frightening, mixing suspense with comedy and improvisation. Guests may even become part of the action as characters interact directly with the audience.
A New Mystery Each Month
Whodunit? Productions introduces a different murder mystery storyline each month. Shows taking place during the same calendar month use the same central mystery, while a new month brings a different plot, characters and clues.
This format allows returning guests to attend future performances without necessarily solving the same case again.
Dinner and Drinks Are Available Separately
Despite the dinner-show format, food and beverages are not included with General Admission. Via Brasil’s dining and bar menus are available for separate purchase before, during and after the performance.
The restaurant specializes in Brazilian rodizio dining with fire-roasted meats carved tableside, along with an extensive Chef’s Table, cocktails, wine and other menu options. Guests who plan to dine during the show should allow enough time to order once doors open.
General Admission and Seating
General Admission includes entry and seating for the murder mystery performance. The organizer recommends purchasing tickets in advance because performances can sell out.
The event is for guests age 18 and older. Anyone attending should bring identification if needed, particularly if purchasing alcoholic beverages from the restaurant.
Doors Open Before Showtime
Doors and will call open at 6:30 PM, which is also when dining and bar service becomes available for event guests. Showtime begins promptly at 7:00 PM and the mystery is scheduled to conclude around 8:30 PM.
Arriving before the performance gives guests time to check in, find their seats and place food or beverage orders without missing the beginning of the investigation.
Optional Mystery Add-Ons
Whodunit? Productions also offers optional extras for guests who want to expand the experience. An Early Clues Package provides character dossiers, suspect profiles and additional clues before the event.
A separate Certificate of Innocence add-on is also available for guests who want a souvenir from the evening. These optional upgrades are not required to participate in the main mystery.
Tickets and Registration
Advance ticket purchase is recommended because Whodunit? Productions events can sell out. General Admission includes entry and seating for the murder mystery show, while dinner, cocktails and other beverages are purchased separately from Via Brasil Steakhouse. Ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
